Had a strange request for a dealer installed engine tune. All of the dealers I called had no clue what I was talking about. This dealer had never done one either, but they got me in early, talked to GM and dug through their mail to figure out how to do it/ where my code was. They got it done and didn't complain. Also a nice waiting room.

We have used Wickstrom Chevrolet for our last two leases. The selection was rather low, but COVID did a number on all businesses. They were extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle per our specifications and at the price we negotiated as being fair and reasonable. The other big advantage is the service department and team. Never a problem. Hey, they also have free WiFi, coffee and sodas while you wait.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Terrance. Buying a car is not something I like to do and he made it a great experience. I had reached out with some questions before ever going to the dealership and Terrance was very informative and very quick with communication. The Chevy Equinox that I was interested in sold before I was able to get there. Ended up going with a Chevy Blazer and have been very happy with the purchase. I would recommend Terrance in helping with your vehicle purchase. He was able to help from start to finish.

I definitely recommend this place!! I went there on Saturday to get a car, I was working so we had to schedule the appointment at 4:30 (they close at 5 on Saturday) and they were ok with it. Terrence Newell was helping me and he was so patient. It was my first time getting a car so I was a little nervous. Since it was after hours it took so long to get an insurance on the phone. They stayed there until 7:30 and made sure everything was perfect. 1000/10!! Me and my family will be coming here in the future! Thank you Terrence!

The issue with my latest service was the unavailability of the brake booster kit for my 2013 Malibu LT. I was amazed that the part could not be located throughout the vast GM network available to dealers. The car sat for nearly a month until I located the part on my own through some help from a retired Chevy service tech who had connections. The part was located in North Dakota from a parts dealer that acquired some AC Delco inventory. It was brand new in the box! Now installed and the vehicle is back on the road. The service writer I worked with, Robert, was pleasant to work with but his hands were tied due to the lack of parts availability. A 10 year old car should certainly not have this kind of issue.

Terrible service. Purchased parts and installation for my corvette through Chevrolet and Wickstrom service refused to install them. This was a simple rear spoiler and installation package sold through Chevrolet. I was basically told they had to send the car out to a body shop for additional fees and time for the installation because 8 small holes needed to be drilled to complete the installation. They wasted my entire day because there technicians can’t drill holes to install factory parts? I then went to Chevrolet of Naperville and was told Ray could install the spoiler in house without sending it out and without additional fees. My first and last visit to this Dealership, I wouldn’t take my car here for an oil change.

They are pretty great here. Very personable and engaged with their community. Getting our cars worked on by certified mechanics is important and I trust Wickstrom 100%. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

First, they didn't perform all of the services inhad requested twice. Second, it took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, my car was supposed to be cleaned and they did a very poor job. There are also scratches on the hood that weren't there before. I noticed them in the parking lot, but because i was on a time crunch, i just left. Also, my seat was totally rearranged. It's one thing to move it back if you're tall, but everything was adjusted. It was just a poor experience all around.

Went in for an oil change, left with a new Equinox!!!Great experience! This was my 2nd car from Wickstrom, and I am sure won’t be my last. Everyone is friendly and helpful (service department, finance, and sales). Highly recommend! I worked with Terrance, who did his best to make the transaction easy!

This is coming from someone with a career in a high standards luxury service environment - Tony Hayes is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Did I say professional? It's rare these days. He's it. The front door opens, they immediately pay attention and offer genuine assistance. No pressure, no tag team sales tactics, no games, just a good deal and old fashioned customer service. Respect. Bill, the gentleman that did the final paperwork was great as well. I had visited a few other dealerships before finding this one, and there is no comparison in the way I was treated. They could all take a lesson from Wickstrom Chevy.

Although we didn't end up purchasing a car at this dealership we have nothing but great things to say about the salesman we worked with, Sean. From start to finish he was approachable, honest, and kind. He understood what we were looking for and was available via phone and text during the entire process. When we went with another option he was understanding about it. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle we will definitely be coming back to this dealership to work with Sean again!
