My husband Tim and I had a great experience with John today during the car buying process. He listened to our concerns about a possible coolant leak and the AC not working properly, made sure the problem(s) would be fixed before we pick up our vehicle, and got us in and out as quickly as possible in regards to paperwork. Awesome experience at Wickstrom Chevrolet’s parts and service departments. I went in to pick up a coolant reservoir for my Chevy Trax. After picking up the part, I asked if I could borrow a 6 mm wrench to remove and replace the cracked reservoir. The Parts Service managers and staff were more than accommodating me with the wrench so I was able to do it right there at the dealership than having to go back home and do it. Praise and many thanks for going above their daily tasks. Kim and I purchased the vehicle there 3 years ago and will continue to purchase our next vehicle from them in the near future.

As a rule, we dislike the car buying process, but everyone here made it a wonderful experience! Robert got us a great deal on a truck and good value for our trade in. Bill gave us peace of mind with an excellent extended warranty. Overall a quick and enjoyable car buying experience.
