If I could leave zero stars I would. First when I walked in I had to wait 45 minutes before I sat in chair. My appointment was at 11:30 and she was still working on clients. While she was washing and conditioning my hair, she used a pick, not a comb or brush, to detangle my hair. She was very rough and heavy handed as well. When you book an appointment with her on Booksy, she will cancel the appointment then call you to confirm. That way you can’t leave a bad review. She pressured me into cutting my hair because it was “dead”. I previously had locs and when I detangled my hair all of it was healthy. Don’t let her pressure you into cutting healthy hair just because she didn’t detangle it properly. Also, her prices are not correct. In her Booksy it’s $95 for a silk press, but since my hair was thick and long she charged me $155. Such a bad experience.

I was referred to this salon, by another salon owner. That salon couldn't do anything for my hair, it was broken off, and my scalp was extremely dry with dandruff. Tonya said that if I give her six weeks, and come faithfully she would fix it. She did just that, I wish that we would have only taken before and after pics. My hair is growing and looks healthy and shiny. My dandruff has gotten way better. She kept her promise.

Tanya was very nice! She educated me on natural hair and what it takes to maintain a natural look. She wasn't pricey either and was very welcoming and made sure she understood what it was I wanted because it was my first time there. She made sure I was comfortable for my whole visit and that my hair looked perfect before leaving. I'll definitely be back! :)

This Was My 4th shop last year each time i was disappointed until I meet Tanya at Comfort Zone Hair Lounge. She was so easy to talk with i really loved what she did to my hair i have a second appointment next month and I cant wait. I will refer Tanya to My family and friends..
