Not a reelection of shell but specifically the car wash. I have a monthly membership that’s well worth it $29 month for 2 washes a day which two washes at the $13 mark saves me a a lot. However these washes are often non operable or aren’t able to read the app I’m supposed to use. One time there I had to pay and membership wouldn’t work second time it did. I do want to say that this Carwash has the best drying ever a full minute and you pull at your own speed and your car is very well dried off. Also their are no rails to line up with upon entering as some others do and I have 22 inch wheels and I’ve scraped them on other Circle K car washes so my overall review is a compliment and in spite the technical glitches it’s a great car wash.

Terrible service: Notorious for not having receipts printed at stations. When you go inside to get a receipt, you'll need to stand behind a long time. Attendant very rude and unconcerned costumers need to come in all the time to get a receipt. Only learned this last week that my wife said she's had the same problem. That's it, time to search for another place I won't BB

I had bought a Groupon coupon for 3 Ultimate Car washes. I had to travel 10 miles to reach there. This outlet was shown in the fine print. But when I arrived and asked the store keeper Surya, he said Groupon codes are not accepted there. When I asked the reason he says it's because this car wash facility is new in that outlet. When I showed the outlet name in the fine print, he simply said no it cannot be redeemed. He also do not know where else it works and neither had the contact details of customer care. Horrible!

I had nothing but problem with this station in the past with the shell rewards card not working at the pump or the jewel rewards not working at the pump. i did not go to this station for months but today i thought i would try them again. Still bad station the jewel rewards did not work at the pump 4 times so i had to go inside. i ask the clerk for 20 gals and he did not pay attention and only put it in for $40. When the pump stopped i went back inside and he said it was my fault. When i left he said to call the number on the receipt to talk to the owner. but it was the clerk who gave me the poor service. They out to hire who know what they are doing, You would be much happier going across the street to BP. They are very friendly and know what customers service is

I have a sedan after the car wash and it was still wet. Also the vacuum cleaners aren't working. I would recommend somewhere else!
