There were a few delays that were due to things out of their control, such as finding additional damage when they started the initial repairs. I loved that they cleaned the interior of my car before pick up- such a nice bonus. I would definitely use them again.”
“(I'm quite slow to write this) I had a pre-purchase inspection here and they were fantastic to deal with. They were fair in their pricing, identified issues with the car, helped me understand the 'severity' of the issues, and gave me important information for working with the dealership on what needed to be done. I was impressed with their eye for detail.
All the issues they identified were correct, the prices they quoted were fair, and they helped me contextualize that nothing was a 'deal breaker'. I would 1000% have them inspect any future cars for purchase! If I lived closer, I would be happy to have them be my local shop.”

“There are very few places that still run like this shop. Dwayne had my account pulled up based on my license plate. Attended to my needs immediately without any fuss. They even gave me a loaner car at no extra cost. My car was in and out in under 4 hours. The other places in the county were to busy to take a “Quick Look”, or just assess the issue. This is the type of place that pays attention to details for instance they changed the battery on my key fob. It’s no wonder they have been in business for 42 years. “I took my car to this body shop because my sun roof was dipped in in the front and they took a look at it. The brackets that held it up somehow got loose and it just needed to be raised up and tightened. They did not charge me anything and it's great customer service that they did that for me for free. This review is the least I can do for them in return.”

“I asked Suburban to remove a mirror from my bathroom wall. Two friendly guys arrived on the scheduled day, worked out how to best remove the glass ( they had to break the mirror to take it off the wall) and took all the glass pieces away with them. They did a pretty good job cleaning up - I found only a couple of little pieces.I thought the price was reasonable and I would use this company again.”
