During our last move to Naperville, I visited a well known automotive shop who unfortunately gave me the run around for 8 weeks. What should have been a new brake pad/rotor installation and alignment ended up turning into months of non-stop screeching, excuse after excuse, and eventually both rear camber bolts seizing (with one completely snapping off), which made my car unsafe to drive.
I posted a photo of the bolt on social media, requesting any suggestions for reputable mechanics in the area. Multiple replies emphasized Loni's skill, knowledge, and expertise. I contacted Loni, who freely gave his time over the phone, and set up an appointment for the following day. Once the car was lifted, he again provided ample time to go over work the other company had performed, repairs that would need to be done, and an approximate time frame and dollar amount. Loni not only fixed all the previous work that was done incompetently, he came in under budget and my vehicle was ready a few days earlier then expected.

“Sylvester was wonderful! I was about an hour away from home for an appointment (with Gramma and an infant) and noticed my back tires were low. I was circling the lot to see if there was a possible air pump when Sylvester came out to wave me over. They were fair in their pricing, identified issues with the car, helped me understand the 'severity' of the issues, and gave me important information for working with the dealership on what needed to be done. I was impressed with their eye for detail.
