Great store under new managementGas prices are awesome & nice people works there. New owners did a totally clean up in the store. Opened the washroom inside the store.

Lousy gas station. Prices are overpriced from all the stations in the area, both fuel and products in the shop and so poorly stocked. It's not worth staying here.

Baig is rude and literally told me I was wrong when it was him that couldn't figure out how to cash in a lottery ticket. After about 5 min of him telling me it wasn't a winner and that I was wrong I asked for my money back and ticket and went elsewhere. If you can't figure it out ask someone or be honest and not blame the customer.

The cashier was so rude to my wife he's lucky I didn't go down there and yank his @$$ through his teller window and beat him sensless. I know in their culture they look down on women, but here in America Jack you better think twice about talking down to an American woman, she or her husband may have a few things for your pathetically rude @$$. And it's a shame too, cause we have a large truck with a large V10 gas guzzler engine and we live very close to this station. We avoid them and go down the street to fill our 45 gallon tank. If I could rate them zero stars I would! Guess they don't like our money!

This is by far the most ill-equipped BP I have been to. They offer a "lower gas price" if you get a car wash but do not, in fact, have one. I personally also have never been to a BP without a public restroom but this one surely lacks that also. I actually stopped to go to the bathroom because it was an emergency and I bought gas as a gesture although I did not need but a few gallons. After pleading I was turned away still. That experience speaks volumes to their customer service. If you must go to BP, I suggest the better overall option of the one on Gary and Schick that has all amenities as well as some of the best customer service at a gas station around. Other than that, Thorntons is both ways down lake street.
