I visited the BP station to buy some ice. Upon approaching the register, I noticed there were two people ahead of me in line. When it was my turn, I found the cashier engaged in conversation and asked her to repeat herself. Instead of responding verbally, she simply pointed to her ear. I politely asked for clarification but received no response again. She proceeded to ring up my purchase, stating the total without acknowledging my comments. I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction, noting that her behavior was extremely discourteous. I emphasized that it's impolite to communicate in a language I couldn't understand (Indian, in this case) without even extending a basic greeting to customers. I found it particularly offensive to witness her engrossed in conversation while a customer stood directly in front of her. I'm left wondering how such behavior is tolerated among your staff. Why is private conversation permitted during customer transactions? This incident has left me questioning the standards upheld by your company.

Miguel made the experience lovely for me and my friend. He was friendly and even made us laugh a lot in the early hours of the morning. He made sure we were okay to drive home and grabbed enough to keep us awake. He was so lovely! Definitely would come back to this gas station!

I love this Bp there is an awesome customer service/ cashier employee in there by the name of Corey and I really appreciate his kindness and warmth that he has shared not just with me but all of his customers. This guy is a keeper and should be made manager if he is not already . He totally embodies all the characteristic traits of a great team lead!!!! I go out of my way to come to this Bp and will continue to do so with the amazing staff you have employed in this location.

Night guy creepy and extremely disrespectful. Lacks English skills since he couldn't tell 16 from 15.. if you can go to another gas station please do so. Save yourself the time.

Once again, go into this gas station and the employee behind the counter is not wearing a mask. I tell him I'm trying to reach for payment because he isn't wearing a mask. His co-worker informs me that he doesn't' have to because of the plexiglass. Yet, I say what about the one foot opening for payment exchange. She informs me they have to wear masks 8-hours a day, and she has MS and she is at risk too. I tell her, she has her mask on, she asked me what about when the vaccine is administered, and people don't take it, what will I do then? I ask her if she lost people covid, she hasn't, I have. It's a public facility, mandated by the Governor that people should wear masks. She tells me I have my mask on so I am OK. Yet the employee without the mask is taking my right away from protection from covid. I witnessed in the past this gal telling customers not to come back if they don't' like the employees not wearing masks. I have never in my 40 years of Supervising employees encountered a continuously rude customer service rep. She is polite when it suits her, but question her and it's a battle. Guess the station across the street will get our business now, including all our trucks that we fill up weekly. Shame on employees that do not respect the patrons that help keep that station profitable.
