I opened my account in the Dundee location 5 years ago. They were fantastic!I moved to Roselle and this is the worst bank with helping people. I called the 800 number they said I had to go to any bank even drive up could do it.So I went to the the drive up to change my address to Roselle they said I'll have to go to the main branch because they don't do that at the drive up. Idk what they do only take deposits only? So I went to the main location to a teller that said no she couldn't help me because that's for a personal banker. So I waited the woman took my Id and said I'd get a confirmation in the mail to confirm my address has been changed it's been 6 weeks no notice.

Probably the worst BMO Harris location there is. Clueless people work here, they act like they have never seen a deposit transaction before, very slow even though there are no customers inside. I will skip this location and will drive further just so I dont have to deal with people that work here.

The BMO Harris website says open Saturday 9-1 p.m. Both Roselle and Bloomingdale locations were closed before 1 p.m. Frustrating!

This branch is very hit or miss. My mom banks here and I've had to come a few times to try and help her resolve issues. Thinking of having her switch, although most banks are not that great unfortunately

Called for information about my checking account and encountered one of the most frustrating robo answering systems.. I was looped around and around. Never got to talk to a personal checking acct. mgr.That option is not offered by the robot. Never had a chance to ask my questions .This did not happen when I could call and be directed by a human.

Great service in my personal experience. Thank you in particular to Fabiola who stuck around a few minutes after closing on a Saturday to ensure that my wife and I had our joint account opened and funds successfully routed.

This used to be a great location with quality and professional Bankers but now the The worst bank and even worse customer service. No one is empowered to really address an issue. The manager is useless and the people who work under her even so, even after understand the issue I was having and deeming it legitimate after the personal banker was nice enough to spend time researching it and getting to the bottom of it they still wouldn’t help you out. Closed ALL my accounts here after 15 years will never step a foot inside a BMO and will discourage others from doing so. Chase was very delight and happy to receive my money and business.

This used to be a great local bank but has crashed and burned. There is a shortage of personnel and the loan officers act like you are scum. It's virtually impossible to get a response on the phone and forget about accessing your leased deposit box without waiting in their lobby for 20-30 minutes before someone shows up to access that department.

I am always amazed at the rude commenters who call the bank people rude. You get what you give, so given the tone of their comments, hardly surprising they were not pleased. I have been in this branch of BMO several times and never had anything other than friendly and polite help from personal bankers to tellers to notary.

For $15 in service fees, you'd think they could call back, but nope! I call the Roselle branch (the fancy one) and they redirect you to their standard 1-800 number instead of giving an in-house employee.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They will not answer phone calls or return voicemail messages. Take your money elsewhere. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
