Jennifer A. at AOI was fantastic to work with! I had a very limited budget and needed to add functionality to my office. Jennifer was able to find solutions that were functional, attractive and affordable. I highly recommend anyone in need of office furniture visit Jennifer and her team at AOI.

Had a poor experience. I contacted them a few days ago about some used office furniture I was interested in that the website said they had in stock. I checked the website last night and again this morning and they claimed to have quite a few of what I wanted available. I drove over an hour to get to the showroom that I was told had what I wanted and when I got there was told “they are all already sold or on hold”. Drove back with nothing. Also, the pictures of the items they have on the website must be based on the very best ones they have as lots of the items on the floor were pretty beaten up. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend.Update: 2023-04-05. The president of the company reached out and was very reasonable and sincere in trying to make amends. Although I had already found what I was looking for elsewhere, this goes a long way with me and I am changing the rating to 3 stars. I will change this to ‘cautiously recommend’ with a caveat to double check that the item you see listed is actually in the stock, as it may not be.

Just had new office chairs delivered to our business and the delivery guys could not have been more professional, courteous and efficient. They not only delivered the chairs, but assembled all of them, took all of their garbage and cleaned up nicely. They were done with about 20 chairs in about 2 hours and were so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend this company for your office furniture. Thank you!

Says they have Saturday hours... today is Saturday and they are NOT open. Drove a distance and extremely disappointed!! ... *UPDATE... I returned this Friday and was EXTREMLY satisfied!! Dave was AMAZING and went above and beyond to help me figure what I needed for a reasonable price. I did not make him aware of my previous disappointment, he was just genuinely helpful. In fact, I returned BEFORE I read this generous offer regarding a credit so I did not take them up on that; but, appreciate the offer and that the hours were corrected immediately. Highly recommend!!

I purchased 6 pieces from Affordable. I couldn’t have afforded the leather pieces but here, I got a wonderful price. I have remodeled my entire living room here! Great service too.

Bought a Herman Miller Aeron from this location with the aid of Alex, a sales rep there. He assured me I had 30 days to try it out and if there were any issues with the one I selected, we could swap it out from the stock he had at the warehouse.Fastforward a few weeks, I'm hearing a popping noise in the piston that is driving me crazy, so I elect to bring mine back and see what can be done. Alex spent hours trying to swap out parts but was unsuccessful, and rest of the stock had already been shipped up to their location in Madison. To make things right, Alex asked that a chair with my same features be shipped BACK to the Roselle location over the weekend. He ensured there were no popping noises or any other funny business. On Monday morning, I went and picked up a perfect example of an Aeron :) Some places would've made this difficult by coming up with a half-baked solution or not given me any sort of guarantees on what to expect, but Alex made it happen and kept the sale.I'll be recommending this place to anyone needing a quality computer chair, which, given the work-from-home circumstances, ends up being a lot of people. Good work!
