Straightline Moving did our out-of-state move. They were very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. The whole process was smooth from the quote to delivery. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had multiple items stolen by the young men who loaded our house up. Expensive knives and fishing equipment. We attempted to submit a claim to them, but we were referred to doing so with Allied van lines as they are the parent company. As we had signed the inventory form at our new house upon receiving the 100 or so unopened or inventories boxes, they won't do anything to make it right and denied our claim. I highly recommend that you don't sign anything until you are certain you have received your things. It is unethical to ask the client to sign the inventory form the day of delivery.

Jeremy, MacKenzie, and Gus did a marvelous job from start to finish! (If I've misspelled any names, please accept my apology.) Their friendliness and professionalism impressed me. To me, it seemed as if their primary goals were to help me in any way they could and to make sure that everything they did met my satisfaction. The expression "going above and beyond" has become such a cliché, but it truly describes their work and their work ethic. I'm not in any hurry to move again (that's an understatement!), but when I do, I will ask for them.

I was overcharged for their services and when I attempted to get my money back, I was given the run around. I spoke with several people from the company with no results. I would not recommend the moving to anyone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

From start to finish this was a smooth experience.
The office got us a reasonable quote quickly with all the details laid out.
Communication was easy throughout the process.
The 4 man crew was polite, fast, careful, considerate, prompt- couldn't ask for a better experience!

I was charged $2,500 more than estimate!! (They had no explanation why it weighed so much more than estimate even after we significantly eliminated many more items before moving day) Several items were damaged. We waited *10 days* for our items to be delivered because they were fitting several other families items in same truck. Every item was taken apart & had to be put back together taking hours extra on both ends of trip. Boxes stacked 5-8 boxes high in truck (so they can fit more families on same truck) causing bottom boxes to buckle. Shipping cars was very unprofessional, terrible communication and also took 3 days longer than we were told, costing hundreds more in car rental fees while waiting! They could NOT care LESS about anything that happened when I spoke to them. NEVER AGAIN!! This move was BAD on so many levels! Only positive thing was movers themselves were very friendly, very experienced, good communication, worked hard & got the job done. (Except some items were damaged)

This FrontLine moving crew (Tye Todd and Francisco Roman) were just the best. They were conscientious about everything, listened to what we wanted, were very careful with our things and worked continuously. We look forward to another great day tomorrow.
