I had my car detailed and it was beautiful it shines like new. I was expecting just a wash and wax but they vacuumed the inside and did the windows I am very very happy and I'll be going back in the spring

I must say the worst $300.00 detail ever there are it looks like armoral spots on both sides of the truck and it took 9hours to do the job never again talked to the manager on duty and he just don't care I will never go there again.

They do a thorough job of cleaning car. Wipe around inside dior front, rear door jams and trunk jams.

Would not return - ended up with all sort of scratches that I know were not there. Typically wash by hand myself plus the car was not even cleaned thoroughly on their highest wash package.

Seems outdated, too expensive and very slow. No where to back out and leave the line. Detail shop is great though, friendly and does awesome work!Services: Full body wash

These guys know how to detail a car. I took my 2019 Ram which is new to me to see if they could get the swirl marks our of my black metallic paint. It now looks like it just came off the show room floor. They did a great job. I would not hesitate to have them to do any detailing you would like to get done!Services: Full body wash

Paid $22 for a full clean interior and outside wash. They hardly vacuumed and did wipe anything down inside. I literally had dirt still on the dash, proving that they didn’t do what I paid for, grass still all over the floor. The outside still have spots that weren’t cleaned right. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. I will not be returning. Next time I’ll pay four quarters and use wet wipes because that would do a better job than they did.Update: the manager got back to me and went over it again, which turned out great.Services: Full body wash

I have been a customer of Royal for over three years now.the quality of their service has been getting worse over the past year.everytime I go in I see new staff and they just don't care about your vechile.i always get the ultimate wash wich is the best wash they have. I shouldn't have to go home and clean what they missed, but yet everytime I do.i have complained several times to the manager about things like wheels not cleaned, bad vacuum job and dirty windows to the point that iis dangerous to drive when the sun goes down beacuse they use dirty rags to clean them.i will no longer go there and pay $30 for a wash that's no better then a atomatic carwash at the Gas station carwash for $10
