Ordered the Deluxe package & rcvd car half done. Tires were not cleaned, windows and interior half done. Also, rcvd scratches on my SUV that were not there before wash. Spoke to manager on duty & he said "no way did my car wash do this. " Liar!!! Manager then walked away. RUDE!!! 8/10/2024 The prices had increased & for the service that you receive you have to go home to finish the job that you just paid for. Unbelievable!!

Just had my truck there and outside looks okay windows still dirty and water drops but they didn't do anything for the inside I mean it wasn't that dirty but the loose dog hair on the seat and floor never touched I will be taking my business else where I did ask about there coupon books but I'm glad they stopped selling them

I was verbally berated twice by an employee complaining about the "amount of trash" in my vehicle. If this individual wants me to do their job I will go to the DIY car wash only in the future. I will not return and I advise anyone to go somewhere else. In their defense the wash was fine and the desk lady was very nice.

I recently had my car detailed and it exceeded my expectations! My car was completed on time and looks amazing! Thank you to Royal Car Wash for having a 5 star detail shop here in Roscoe,you guys are the best!

I paid for the most expensive wash they had. The exterior of the car was fine, most likely because the automated machine does that part. The workers barely touched the inside of my car. My car wasn't even that filthy on the inside when I came in, so I figured it would be an easy clean-up. I was disappointed to leave the car wash with dust and general gunk still on my dashboard, steering wheel, cupholders, seats, etc. I would ask for a refund or a do-over but I just don't care to go back and explain how bad a job they did. I'll be headed outside now to use Clorox wipes and paper towels to clean my car properly. I have never been compelled to write a bad review before, and now here I am. Royal Car Wash & Detail Center was an absolute disappointment and I will not be returning in the near future. If you want your car cleaned then I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

Not what they used to be.
Had to ask for a towel to finish cleaning my own door jams.
They just give it a quick wipe down and call it good.

Paying for the ultimate package I expected the inside of the car to be cleaned and the wheels. I had to do them myself when I got home. They were very timely. I will give them that but when I got the finished product I see why. Definitely won't be back. Which is sad cause it was my first visit

I had my car detailed and it was beautiful it shines like new. I was expecting just a wash and wax but they vacuumed the inside and did the windows I am very very happy and I'll be going back in the spring
