I’ve gone to Dr. Sill & other vets at this facility and never really had an issue until today. I’ve dealt with the waiting game at their office, or lack of responding but today was by far the worst experience. When I told them I was not happy with them not providing correct documentation while trying to board my dog, the “office manager” just kept saying “ok” and nothing else. When I asked if that’s all she was going to say she asked me what did I expect her to say? Oh, I don’t know…. Your offices lack of providing correct documentation and giving me false information almost cost me my trip with my family since I wouldn’t be able to board my dog! Luckily, I was able to get a distemper shot at Farm and Fleet for $15. Who knew! Save your money from now on! Poor, awful, heartless customer service and the last time. Cutting ties today.

While Dr Sill is a good vet, the business is a joke. Staff is ignorant and not friendly. Takes multiple calls to get proper paperwork sent anywhere. Staff can never seem to give you a straight answer on vaccine dates. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The veterinarians are great, especially Dr. Cil. The office manager/front desk person was rude and lacked customer service skills. If Dr. Cil wasn't so great, we'd go somewhere else, where the staff actually cared.

Staff are all friendly and seem to take great care of my babies. One of my cats is not the best behaved, so they tried their best to keep him calm while giving his vaccinations. My dog gets anxious in new places and they are very patient with her. I will definitely keep coming here ??⬛

If there was a NO STARS rating, I would give it! These people killed my sister's dog! She took him for his regular rabies shot and within an hour he was dead! You guys are horrible! On top of that, they are closed! Don't take your babies to this place!

The vet was fine but the tech sat behind the counter and, rather than actually help, made snide comments to a coworker when my frightened rescue dog was too nervous to jump on the scale immediately.

My family and I have had many pets over the years that Dr. Sill has been our veterinarian for. I can't say enough good things about her and her practice. We have ALWAYS (over the span of roughly 30 years) had outstanding, heartfelt care for our pets. Dr. Sill is genuinely a good person, and she really cares for her patients. She takes the time needed to make sure not only her furry patients are comfortable, but so are the human parents. She radiates love and devotion to her job, and we always know she will be honest with us. We appreciate her so much and are so thankful she is our vet.
