DO NOT GO HERE! THE BILLING PRACTICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! My daughter went to this urgent care for a sore throat and had a strep test. It was negative, they did not treat her. We have insurance and the "out of network" doctor billed her almost a thousand dollars!!!... on top of the urgent care office visit and lab fees. It was billed for about TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS! ...AND it is an in-network facility for my insurance. THIS IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EMERGENCY ROOM CARE, but urgent care! HORRIBLE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

False advertising and billing practices. They billed my insurance $2000 for ER services but it's not a ER. Had I known about thier shady billing would have gone to Physicians Immediate Care and saved myself $1800 for a stomach virus. Never again will I use Northpoint or Beloit Health Systems for anything.

Do NOT go here. My dad went in for a Covid test and they never tested him. They told him they did test and refused to actually test him. They sent him results for a test they never took. They also told him if he had Covid they wouldn’t prescribe Paxlovid to help him. They were totally incompetent. We will never go there again.

Worst immediate care I've ever been too!!!! Paid my bill that I was charged twice for in its full amount and then they turned me into collections? Now I have to call collections and show them my payment. Not only that none of the nurses could hit my vein to draw my blood! I never have this issue anywhere else. Do not go here they over charge and don't know what they're doing!!! Terrible customer service! Go to swedish american or anywhere else but here!

Cut my leg pretty good. Got there, they got me in, did a great job with the stitches and out. Was there for less than an hour and they took great care. Father in law is a surgeon and said the stitch job looked great.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wish I had read these reviews before taking my son here. Our usual urgent care we go to was closed so out of convenience being close to my house we went here. Big mistake. I experienced what others have said, very slow (no one in the waiting room and we waited 30-60min), 5 min with a doctor who ordered a strep test, son had no strep, just a virus. 2 Bills totaling $923.56. Never again will I set foot in this place. The hospital ER would be a better value, and I know from experience.

THE FRONT DESK LADY IS AWFUL. I sat there for AN HOUR, telling her my insurance information. I was there for my daughter who had thrush. My insurance doesn't give us cards so I had to show her photos on my phone. She couldn't even read it & was squinting trying to read the numbers with glasses on. She entered my insurance wrong, didn't care that she had things incorrectly. I told her they were incorrect, & she didn't change it. I sat there for an HOUR. And I asked "Will my insurance go through?" And she said, "I don't know, maybe. Bring insurance CARDS next time." She has no sense of urgency, can't read with glasses on, & doesn't care about your insurance. Now I have to call my insurance to ask them to take care of my bill all because she was lazy, & didn't care. I love north-point, but absolutely hate going there because of her.

The other reviews weren't wrong (2/5). Receptionist has personality of the goblins from Harry Potter: rude, abrupt, generally uncaring. Took 30 minutes to be acknowledged past writing my name on a sheet of paper with a singular person in front of me who already was being helped. Back house staff was great though. Quick and friendly. Waiting on doctor was typical hurry up and wait setting. No complaints once care recieved.

Get there well before they close or you will be turned away. The first time we arrived 40 minutes before closing time and the front registration desk said they stop taking patients early so that they can close in time. No one was in the waiting room. The second time was 50 minutes before they closed and they had a sign that said they were at capacity for the day. Again no one was in their waiting room. I have worked at Mercy Urgent Cares and they will see patients up until closing times. I find this unacceptable, especially when it's well before their closing time.

Nobody there seems to know what they are doing, from receptionist taking forever to get people signed in to Dr Arthur not even fully examining you and then prescribing something totally unrelated to your issue. Don’t waste your time going here.

Came in because my girlfriend was having an asthma/allergy attack without access to her inhaler and this was the closest place we could find for help. Despite her being visibly panicked, afraid and having extreme trouble breathing they made her fill out paperwork and answer tedious insurance questions. They did not show any sense of urgency or concern for her well being as they made her wait 20-30 minutes in the lobby while she was gasping for air. They offered nothing more than "we'll get to you when we get to you" to comfort her while she was clearly afraid about not being able to breathe. Just a shockingly minimal concern for fellow human beings in a desperate situation.

I took my daughter there because they have taken her insurance before, now they no longer accept her insurance and are charging me $434 for an ear infection that I already knew was the problem.

Extremely rude staff. Showed up 5 mins after close (didnt think they would close at 4pm on a Saturday) to get a rude older lady asking 'what do you want?' A simple, 'how can I help you? Or I'm so sorry. We just closed. We will open again tomorrow at 8am. Hope your child feels better soon.'

They're still pretending masks help and literally forcing people to wear them. So, they don't seem very educated about the human body. They must still be relying on last year's 'science'.
