False advertising and billing practices. They billed my insurance $2000 for ER services but it's not a ER. Had I known about thier shady billing would have gone to Physicians Immediate Care and saved myself $1800 for a stomach virus. Never again will I use Northpoint or Beloit Health Systems for anything.

Do NOT go here. My dad went in for a Covid test and they never tested him. They told him they did test and refused to actually test him. They sent him results for a test they never took.They also told him if he had Covid they wouldn’t prescribe Paxlovid to help him. They were totally incompetent. We will never go there...

Cut my leg pretty good. Got there, they got me in, did a great job with the stitches and out. Was there for less than an hour and they took great care. Father in law is a surgeon and said the stitch job looked great.
