I will never go here again. Went in with a humorous fracture. They said all I needed was to wear a sling until I could into the ortho doc. Come to find out the ortho doc doesn't even do upper body bones. So it was a waste and the er doc didn't even tell is that the ortho doc only did legs.
They never put splint on or anything. So my bone was moving around without any stabilization.
So this was a waste of time.
So after 2 days I went to a different doc and finally got fixed.
Never, never, go here.

Great clinic, got me into and out of urgent care quickly for my covid and flu test. The only problem is that these tests were billed as emergency room labs which is covered by insurance differently (in my case not at all), despite the fact that I was not in a hospital emergency room.
Because of this, my nasal swab test cost me $500. If you need a lab covid test do not come here, go to your PCP if they can even get you in and have them order it. It's ridiculous that urgent care tests are billed in this way. But I hope that this negative review will lead others away and into the proper channel financially. Hopefully the proper financial channel is as expedited as urgent care, and if not, that's just another reason why this system is broken.
It seems like you have to choose between accurate and timely diagnosis which you have to pay for yourself, or risking your health on waiting to get into your doctor appointment but saving money.

Facilities were clean, smelled pleasant. Staff was pleasant. But if I am expected to be on time/early to my appointment, I expect the same from any medical team. I had to miss work to come in for an ultrasound and the diagnostic team was 15 minutes late.

It was on a Sunday when my wife needed some ointment for a rash, she went to the North Point clinic and showed them the insurance card and come to find out they do not take that particular insurance, and they did not tell her at the time, so we get a clinic bill for $125 bucks, payed that, it seems kind of reasonable. Then we get this humongous $465 bill from a doctor that did 2 minutes of work is glazing at the rash and wrote a prescription for a small tube of rash ointment. This is the worst place ever for a clinic, how dare they call themselves a clinic when they charges outrageous prices

I have always been treated kindly and with respect by everyone I have seen at Northpointe. The facilities are spotless. I make it a point to go there whenever possible.

Yesterday had foot surgery. Everyone from front desk ladies to nurses and operating room staff, all very kind and caring. The nurses were caring and incredibly helpful. Beautiful building. Very good experience.

Had a work place nose injury and could barley breath out of my right nostril. Lucky, Dr. Zachary Zimmerman fixed me up and now my breathing is back up and running, fantastic work and care. Thx Zach ? - E.S.

Legit terrible after a hour wait i am not able to come back with my lady because I said really a hour wait and you finally get us in and she say you can wait in the patient waiting area as she has serve anxiety and goes into panic attacks instantly and is hard to clam down and I have been here for my shoulder before doctor didn’t know anything and said your fine mris are to expensive and I don’t need one and I can go back to work well 4 months Later I’ve seen a new doctor she put me in physical therapy and is carefully accessing my pain and where it’s located which is the scapula muscle now

The best gym to workout at with the friendliest staff! Place is very clean and welcoming! I'm so glad to leave Peak Sports Club in Rockford to come here at NorthPointe Wellness. Definitely worth the investment for your health!

This review is primarily for Dr. Rosche . I've been going to Beloit Health Systems and Northpoint for 15 years. I've dealt with many Doctors and nursing staff. In all this time I've never dealt with a Doctor as unprofessional as Dr. Roche. I was referred to Dr Roche for arthritis and Fibromyalgia treatment. He asks were my pain is and I told him all over but mainly my hands. His response was \\\"well I don't treat pain all over!\\\" He asks me to do some physical therapy tasks. I attempt to do them and explain that I was in pain. He says \\\"I don't care if you're in pain, just do what I ask.\\\" The manner in which he spoke to me and treated me was rude. If your unable to treat someone just say it politely. There was no need for his rude remarks and unprofessional behavior.

I go here for my annual mammograms, routine colonoscopy surgeries, and have had to use the emergency room when something got imbedded in my eye while working outside. I love this facility and the staff. We have used Northpointe Clinic for every need we can since they opened. Just wish our Beloit Health primary care doctors came here!

This place truly needs to address it's patient receiving system, especially with regard to receiving calls. It's truly hit or miss. I've had calls that were answered right away (a rarity) to most calls having hold times between 10-25 minutes. The doctors, or at least my doctor, Luan Elizi deserves five stars on his own. Him and his staff go above and beyond. Between my five star Doctor and the 1 star call service, I landed at 3. The place interior wise is super nice, definitely way nicer than most clinics in that regard.

Went there in desperation Monday night , the girl at the front desk asked me too many times about my insurance information, even called me three times at home . Annoying. The doctor did not mention my blood pressure was higher than kite , no concern , when he checked me out he said my throat was really red my ears were fine, turns out my ears were the problem and my throat was fine . I will travel out of my way just so I do not have to return to North Pointe. Not to mention they let me leave with no meds for my blood pressure.
