I saw Ryan at Ubreakifix. He quickly discovered the reason that I was having trouble. He showed me exactly how to download the photos. We worked together. And before you knew it everything was good.
And to my surprise. He didn't charge me anything.
I had been trying to get these pictures downloaded for 5 months. He had a solution within less than 1 hour.”

He walked me through every step of the process, helped me with my phone trade-in, and made sure I was getting the best value and plan for my needs, as well as some other accessories I was interested in. I received zero help from the store it was purchased through in 2017. When countless people told me to go to Cricket...I did. And...what a fabulous help and outstanding customer service, above & beyond excellent. Miguel is the man to see at the Cricket store on Prairie ave.
