Racial profiling.
Staff member Danielle in Roscoe sent police to our home, on my spouse stating he stole salt while pumping gas because she saw it in his trunk while it was open!
He purchased that weeks ago and showed the police the receipt when they arrived at our home.
If they would have pulled camera footage today, they would have been able to see there was NO THEFT.
Falsely accusing of theft and racial profiling.
We are Roscoe residents and frequent visitors of this location.
Danielle should lose her job, this is beyond injustice! Fire her immediately!
She refused to provide her managers information as well!
Racism at its best!
Disappointing and disgusting. We will be contacting an attorney.

It has a nice clean bathroom plenty of snacks and drinks. The coffee was good I used the mobile app and I already got a free tank of gas you collect points by using their app. You can also purchase items in the store with your points though You want good gas synergy then that's the place to go for your nice ride..

Just a WARNING to anyone with photosensitive epilepsy: the car wash at this location is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. I drove through the car wash this morning and could not believe that not only was there a large constantly flashing red "X", but a series of bright rapidly flashing lights of changing color pointed right at the driver. It's almost as if whoever designed this car wash was purposefully trying to induce seizures. I've never encountered this in any other car wash, including Kelley-Williamson stations. Luckily my seizure disorder is controlled, but I must say I was nauseous for an hour after using their car wash. I spoke to the manager and to her credit she seemed sympathetic. But this car wash is a lawsuit waiting to happen. People frequently die from epileptic seizures.

It's sad when you have to use your Schnuks card just to pay the same price as gas in southbeloit you are literally 5 miles apart and you are usually .20 higher . That's where they get you , you spend hundreds of dollars on grocerys and then use your schnuks card at Mobil but pay the same price just down the road with no need to use a discount card . Plus there is this guy clean shaven light black brown hair who is always arrogant and rude he works later in the day

Went there specifically for a car wash. Bought a car wash at pump with gas. Car wash is down. Just a suggestion, if your car wash is down don't give an option to pay for one at your pumps.

I'm from Wisconsin where everything is prepay, so I went in & prepaid $25. The cashier said I could use my plenti points for it & I told her ok. I asked her if I didn't fill up the full $25, would the remainder go back on the account. She didn't know. Well, I only needed about $23.75, went back in & they had to look it up to make sure it went back on. You'd think they would know how use the program & have signs like all the other gas stations that say pay at pump or inside. It was alot of back & forth & it shouldn't take 15 mins at a gas station.

So I just went to a gas station in Roscoe to fill my car up with gas on my lunch break and since I tried my debit card, the machine didn't take it like many other gas stations. The machine then informed me to "see the cashier" which was fine because then I would just run my card as credit which has worked in the past. Not even 5 seconds goes by and I hear over the INTERCOM, "pump 14 please see the cashier inside. It's showing your card has been declined."... I was furious! My card hadn't declined, but if it had I sure wouldn't want it announced over a loud speaker! Who does that?! Also, why the urgency? I swiped it once and it hadn't even been a few seconds before he addressed me. If I had actual problems, don't you think that I would either try another form of payment before going to see him myself? I hope he thinks twice before embarrassing someone like that again.

They are adding two new pumps. They have a touch free car wash and free air for your tires. (Some places charge.) The hose has a gauge built into it to check your pressure, too.
