This lady has been my insurance person for at least a couple of years now. I think she is wonderful. She has always treated me quite kindly. I think her kindness is quite sincere and beyond business. I almost blindly trust the policies she presents to me. And I virtually trust no one. Obviously, I highly recommend this person to do business with. For my own pleasure, I often like to post "interesting" photos along with my reviews.

Just wanted to move my policy to a closer office. Lucia was very unprofessional on the phone and told me that she could not help me. Then hung up on me. Glad that she showed her true colors. Needless to say I would not recommend this office or agent.

Brought her a finished quote from an Allstate office out of Chicago and asked her SINCE she has an office 3 blocks from my store. I brought her everything she needed and just wanted to GIVE her my very hard earned money. She called not only refused to help me but when I simply asked why? She said she would prefer not to say and hung up on me!!! Im just making sure she gets the kind of review that reflects her customer service.

Allstate has been tremendous. We have had kitchen damage, car accidents and roadside stalls. The service we have received from Allstate and Lucia Hauge and her staff in particular, have been outstanding. When going through the unpleasantness of the above, Lucia has been supportive and responsive. We are beyond satisfied with Lucia as our agent and recommend her highly to anyone seeking coverage in the area.

On 2/19/18, to our horror, my husband and I found a water spot in one of our bedrooms. We investigated our attic to find the sheeting was moist and mold had started to develop (the disaster restoration and mold remediation company estimated it to be a few weeks old) which would have started around Feb. 8th and 9th 2018 when we had a giant blizzard with 10-12 inches of snow.
When I called Lucia's office 2/20/18 and talked to Marcie she was very misleading stating if we decided to make the claim it was most likely covered on our policy. She stated we have "water back-up" and very strong extra coverage on the policy. I specifically asked her if there was a reason we could be denied because I didn't want to pursue a claim to be denied. We have never had a claim since we have been home owners (7 years). She stated our agent, Lucia, was not available but she would talk to her and review the policy and let us know. A few hours later after meeting with our disaster/restoration company, I called back the office and spoke to Marcie, she again told me she believed it would be covered and we filed the claim; never even speaking to our ACTUAL agent Lucia. Later, I spoke with Lucia who told me the next step would be in 24 hours the adjuster would address the claim (and that was the only way they would actually be able to cover it) but she would "put a rush on it" to hurry the adjuster out. My husband and I last minute adjusted our work schedules in an already stressful time to make sure we had the next day off work to be there for the insurance adjuster. What was not communicated to us was the fact that the adjuster actually had 24 hours to CONTACT us, not actually come to our home.
So, despite the poor communication and through every step thus far, we attempted to stay positive and believe in the company in which we have been loyal to since we have been homeowners, 7 years.
The adjuster comes to our home, denies our claim. Which is completely and utterly unbelievable to us.
I call our agent, Lucia, requesting to know our premiums as I will be investigating other coverage options in the future with a more supportive company. She states, "So you are going to just drop us because your claim was denied". I tell her no, I need more reliable coverage for our family. She proceeds to tell us that "No one would have covered that, and do you think anyone is going to cover you now with mold in your attic?" I stated to her that my desire was not to seek another company to cover at this time until our problem is resolved (we are already working with the disaster company to fix it) and to seek other coverage at this exact time would be illegal. She was rude, demeaning and NOT supportive as an agent should be. I explained to her that NOT every insurance company would have denied that claim as our disaster company even attested to this in his professional opinion.
Lucia then called our disaster company and verbally threatened to slander his company name for providing his professional opinion to us; stating "that's my money, they are going to leave me now" per our disaster rep.
She was not professional, helpful, or knowledgeable. When I called in a time of need I received false and partial information and didn't even get to speak to my ACTUAL agent until after the claim was processed. I have yet to receive reports regarding the denial or see the actual claim report. This is THE WORST costumer service I have ever received from a company, I am grateful that my loss is relatively small in the grand scheme of things because I could NOT imagine what kind of "insurance" I actually have if heaven forbid we had something catastrophic such as a total loss happen to our home, belongings, or vehicles.
