Once again medications my husband or I needed were not in stock and I even received a reminder that the medication was due for a refill. Trying to get medication from a nearby CVS hasn’t been any better. So done with the run around.

Poor service. Drive up window availability sporadic. Long waiting lines.Go across the street. Walgreens has great efficient service.

Lunch isn't as is posted here (1:30-2) it's from 12:30 to 1. Receive texts about meds being ready then when go to pick them up they aren't ready.

Don’t come here if you want to see an employee about anything. I stood at the front for 7 minutes and nobody showed their face. If you want to use self check your golden.

First off their lunch hour isnt 1:30 to 2:00 as posted here it is 12:30 to 1. I was rushed out since their lunch hour was just starting. My insurance doesn't cover my prescription but if you have a goodrx coupon good luck they won't even accommodate you here. At other CVS locations they will. This is hard times for us all there is no compassion or professionalism.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. Have never been able to just pick up a prescription and go home. They can’t find it or they sent it somewhere else, they don’t have my information oh wait yes they do but they don’t see the prescription oh wait now they do but it’s not ready wait they don’t have it. No one that works here is competent, wish I could give zero stars.

I love going CVS in Roscoe, IL. All of the staff at the counter & pharmacy staff are wonderful! Today was great as usual, to get my Rx. Mary helped me to teach my in using app CVS tools. It addition, CVS manager Muamer, it AWSOME!!!! He goes out and beyond to assist the ALL the customers in every way! My heartfelt thank you Mary & Muamer!

If I could give zero stars I would! I was going through a different pharmacy for a few years before switching. The only reason I switched to CVS was because my insurance was directly through them and I was told I would probably have a way easier time getting things filled. Boy was that a mistake!!! It should not take up to a month to get a prescription filled! Especially if there is still refills on it. Not to mention the rudeness of the pharmacist. This elderly woman in front of me had been waiting for a consultation, so the staff walked up to the pharmacist and told her she had been waiting. This rude women pharmacist just shouted "well she can just keep waiting till I'm ready." Like really lady you can't take 2 minutes of your time and talk with this 70 year old lady who's been waiting on you. My final straw was today when I've been waiting since November, NOVEMBER for my stomach medicine to be filled! They said give us 2-3 days to OK with insurance. I've been checking every single day and it's been saying in process! Today I checked and it said I don't have any meds filling or that need to be filled! Apparently I picked it up back in November!!! Really CVS!! Needless to say I called all my doctors and switched back to my other pharmacy!! CVS needs to get its stuff together! They are TERRIBLE!!

Pharmacy completely closes for lunch and drive thru is never open when I go. I cannot for the life of me understand why a Pharmacy would force sick customers to enter the store in a pandemic. Something is always wrong with this location. Unfortunately it is the closest location for me and that's with a 30 minute drive.

Stay away from this place. I scheduled COVID testing on-line only to find out at the time of appintment that they stopped doing tests. They would not do anything to reschedule for the same day testing at another CVS location. Their system glitch resulted me in going to urgent care where walk-ins were accepted.

Pharmacist on duty, Seima, told me my prescription wasn't important for her to cost adjust because 1. she didn't know how to do it and didn't want to invest time in figuring it out 2. "there are people and children who need their antibiotics, and that is more important". I had a calm demeanor the entire time I spoke with her, as someone who has previously worked in service and retail roles, but she totally flew off the handle and became extremely rude and argumentative. She truly should not be involved in dealing with the public at all.

I waited just over an hour to pick up a prescription that I was told was ready via text And when I got to the counter it wasn't ready. They could expedite it but it was going to be at least another hour. Was physically unable to stand there any longer. Had come back next day to where I had to wait again for over an hour to pick up my prescription. Absolutely pathetic

?More staff needed in the pharmacy? Drive thru never open! Normally 1 person at the register, 1 pharmacist & possibly 1 other person helping pharmacist. ALWAYS a long line waiting at pharmacy due to short staff.
