“i have bought parts here through the yrs 9 out of 10 times they have the best price. they have been so kind to me and very above board recently they found me a new oart for a better price than a rebuilt. i dont know of any other place that would do that. customer service is better tha excellent. i would recommend them to any one the best.

“I recently had a small fight with a mailbox which caused some damage to my hood. Arbisis made this fix so quick and easy! They really went above and beyond, shining up everything not just the hood. The whole team was great from the receptionist to the owner Tony and to the lady who just got off work but stoped to make sure we were pleased! Even the tow truck driver Brian stoped to say hi! He truly cares about his customers and their satisfaction. Hanna at the front desk is also wonderful , she’s so sweet, welcoming, and always extremely helpful. “Took my nissan sentra in because someone scratched my rean bumper on my new car, plus I had a small door ding fixed. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get me in! And even faster getting me my car back! Plus they did it so cheap, I didn't even need to make an insurance claim! If you want great work, for the cheapest around this is your spot! “Took my van here after it got hit by another car in a parking lot. My cousin (my mechanic) had recommended me this place and for body work repair and I will say it was a great experience. The shop looked clean and very professional, from parking lot to the building and the staff. As a business owner myself I pay close attention to all of this, because If you cant try your best to take care of your location that tells me you are not going to take care of my car, Parsons was very professional and clean, I was impressed at first sight. Patrick took care of me through out the whole process and kept me updated. I got my van in a timely manner for the job type and It was cleaner than when I dropped it off! “It is often rare in this day and age for a company to take responsibility when they make a mess up. I can say that Safelite is a company that takes professionalism and customer service seriously! After fixing my windshield, the maintenance technician forgot to give me back my apartment parking pass. The next day, my car was towed from my apartment building. After reporting the incident to Safelite, they took responsibility and drove me down to get my vehicle and paid the Towing fee. And even showed me how to get back to my apartment. I am very happy with their service as well as their ability to own up to their mistakes.”

“I had an amazing experience. They fixed my whole back quarter panel and bumper from left to right. They washed the outside of my car and cleaned the inside spotless. “My daughter hit black ice and slid our jeep into a traffic pole. I called Kar Kraft for help, Craig answered and asked where we were at and said he was on his way. Craig himself the owner, came out to tow our car to his shop. Later that same afternoon we were called to let us know that estimates were filed with our insurance company and we should have answers within a couple of days.
I am lucky to have been in a business group with Craig, but after having this personal experience, Kar Kraft and Craig will ALWAYS be my first call. In a panic filled moment, knowing I had Craig available for help was such a relief.

“I need some rust repairs over the rear wheels of my 93 f150 and after searching many auto body shops that don't even want to repair rusted wheel wells leos popped up. He was close to home and after speaking with him and getting the estimate for the work I agreed to bring in the truck next week. After about two weeks he finished with all brand new wheel well panels and painted beautifully, and he was a 1000.00 less than the other 2 body shops that would have done it out of about 10 that wouldn't. He even did some under coating while it was apart. I would highly recommend Leos auto body for getting work done there very good and even because it's hard to get auto body shops to do rust work.
