This bank is a JOKE!! Ever since the old manager Dave left this place is garbage! They play around with your money. Always declining transactions when you have thousands in your account. Tell me they have to watch me WATCH ME sign a check LMAO! What! What gives them that authority? New kid with long hair is a terrible employee. Closing this account, ASAP after using this bank for 6 years! And they still want to put stipulations on my own money! They can get (insert here) so done with this joke of a bank! Was super convenient bc i lived close. But since I moved ZERO POINT sticking with a garbage bank! Myself my husband savings and business we are closing all the accounts.

Just opened an account here, and the process was smooth and easy. Staff is very friendly, and the young lady that helped me was very nice and professional. I’m glad I decided to come here instead of Chase. Friends and family have been banking with Woodforest for 10+ yrs with no issue, so they came highly recommended. Their fees are a lot cheaper than your bigger branches. I also like the fact that I can add money to my account at any Walmart checkout in the country. The convenience was definitely the selling point.

Best bank ever. My card was stolen and then used, the bank replaced every penny with no problems. They also answer every question timely and in a positive friendly manner.

Absolutely the worst bank I have every encountered. They have never done ONE thing right. Every week there’s a new problem. My biggest regret is ever opening an account with them and now to my surprise, I’m even having problems just closing the account. If I could rate zero stars, I would do it in a heart beat.

My girlfriend lost her debit card and stopped by on a Saturday to get a new one. The guy working proceeded to hit on her for about 40 minutes and kept asking about where she lived. This guy needed to stop thinking with his d*** and just do his job.

Great bank, never any issues.. To the guy the that posted the 1 star.. I strongly believe he had the wrong account set up. I have 2 there and im only charged a free if I go below my balance.

Bank will take all your money in fees 2.50 for atm use . 1.50 for any card transaction .10.0p mail fee and it goes on and on . Im contacting a lawyer to sue them . Changing banks monday . 30.00 to 50.00 a week in bs fees is what there stealing from Me . Warning stay away. Worst bank ever . Feds needs to audit and shut woodforrest down period.
