So annoying when I buy water, and spend $160 on groceries and they want me to stop at the door to show a receipt! When the store clerk rang up my order! The water is on top, It's not like I can hide it! I do hate it & don't appreciate this process after, being in there so long shopping which is a tiring already! When I'm done I want to walk out because I'm tired and want to go home! It's unfair. They need a system especially when the clerk rings you out! I don't want to stop to say anything! To anyone I just want to leave! Please leave me alone! I don't need their harassment for$5 water, when I've spent close to $200 on food! Help‼️‼️?

Since when its hard to be a cashier, this girl at the register, was so slow I literally waited there for her to scan like 5 items, and it took her about 10 minutes, and at the end I asked her are you okay? and she said yes why? and then I said well you are really slow it was just five items and then her response was, I’m sorry I just did not want to damage my nails, this is ridiculous, and it took her about 5 more minutes to bag my items, she put every single item on different bags, she forgot to bag my red bull and my toothpicks, and I realized when I was in my car, I went back inside to get my stuff and guess who was drinking a Red Bull, as soon as she saw me, she started walking away. She looks Hispanic, long pink nails, black hair and blond, about 5’4 tall, do not get a Red Bull and go to her register, she might keep it.

Went to get my oil changed at around 5:25pm today. Guy comes out and says they are not taking anymore cars due to being short staffed. Not sure how many ppl are being turned away but it was 3 bays with cars in them, so I don’t buy being short staffed. I get my oils changed here a lot. I’ll definitely find some other place to get my oil done in the future.

Return too hard to wait in line as usual walmart is known for poor management. i went yesterday to return one item there is two customer ahead of me it took 20 minutes on first customer then i asked for supervisor and he came to me and said why are you returning it i said i don’t want it but you have lots of associates by the self checkout section why you don’t have another one in return section and he get mad it’s not his fault. it’s all depends on management so please wake-up do your job it’s not going to happen for long time.

I experienced exceptional customer service at the Walmart in Romeoville, Illinois. Earlier, I was a victim of pickpocketing, losing my cell phone, which contains everything. Remarkably, someone turned my phone into the same customer service desk that had previously assisted me. All five amazing ladies at the desk remembered me and called my wife’s cell phone, informing us that my phone was found. Their attentiveness, quick action, and outstanding service truly went above and beyond, making a stressful situation much more manageable. My heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at the Romeoville Walmart customer service department. Thank you all!!!
