Wish I could leave zero stars. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use their online pickup. I placed an order and chose a 3-4pm window. My husband went to pick it up a little before 4. He pulled into a spot and was told that someone would bring it out shortly but that there were a few orders ahead of him. He sat in the car for over 30 minutes before going into the store and talking with customer service. They made him wait another 30 minutes. Which is insane. The point of ordering ahead is so that it is ready when you arrive. At this point he just wanted to grab the order himself and leave. He didn't need anyone to bring it out to the car. Instead of getting him the items I ALREADY PAID FOR- they told him he had to call 1-800-WALMART and try to dispute it to get my money back. I'm sorry, what??? He was physically in the store. The items were paid for. It said it was ready over the app and it was now an hour past the pickup time. He had no other option than to shop for the items and I paid for everything twice. I better receive a refund considering they chose not to give us the groceries. This is so unacceptable and ridiculous on many levels. Never again.

On my second attempt to return battery cores, I stood there for several minutes while the rude girl in automotive ignored me with her AirPod in one ear leaning on the counter. I said hello twice at which time she said "I'm on the phone, which I couldn't see from the side". After she asked what I needed, and said I had battery cores to return. She yells "George, this is your job" and walks away. Another guy, assuming George, comes over. I had the receipt on my phone as I chose to have it texted and printed at check out so I wouldn't have it. He then proceeded to argue with me that this was an online purchase and he couldn't return the cores. I said "I paid cash, this is a digital receipt. Just scan the receipt". He continued to tell me he couldn't do it, and I finally said "scan the receipt". He finally did, said nothing and handed me back my $24. What a shit show to return two damn battery cores. Wal mart sucks, primarily because of its employees and their lack of cashiers. Unfortunately they were the only place open when I needed batteries.

Terrible online pick up. Waited 2 hours then They were playing games with us calling to park and then go inside and go back and park all to have a manager say our order was stolen and that the people calling us were lying. This Walmart and their terrible young workers are a joke.

I really wish this location would get it together . The curbside pick up at this location is god awful . My husband has been sitting there for over 20 minutes , he just got off of work . Two people have left without their order . They have the employees out there doing 1 small order with 4 freaking people . Like why ?!?! We normally go to the Bolingbrook location and never ever have this issue . Romeoville do fvuking better for the love of god .

Fed up. Super store that is a joke . 4 weeks in a row. No Johnson baby powder . No cinnamon creamer. No one to ask. And if you do you you are asked what the sku number is. Seriously like I know. I know it doesn't sound like much but if i go to the store to shop I want to shop one place but since they are out again. I'm forced to go to another store so if that is the case I may as well do all my shopping there. Personal shoppers rude and always in the way. FED UP!!!! I will say the people up. Front at check out are nice and friendly. Never seem rude.

Absolutely the worst when doing car pick up. Waited for an hour before going to the door and having to bang on it. The time before last went on the 3rd of July at pick up time of 9pm. Store was completely closed up and I was not the only customer. Having delivered doesn't work either. Said it was delivered, but not to me. They don't even deserve the star.

I usually don't have a problem with them but recently there was a really long line for self checkout because they only had 3 open. They changed a lot over the past year and exchange the worker checkouts for self checkouts. Please tell me why though that they would only have 3 open. Now I get it was late, it was about 9:45pm and I get that they want to close super easy and maybe even early but when you see a really long line coming from both ways you would think to either open up some more self checkouts or the worker checkouts. NO, the workers were just looking at us and they were just talking away with each other. I waited in line for over 35 minutes just to check out. Walmart please do better next time!

HORRIBLE customer service. Hardly any lanes open with cashiers and they're super long So customers are forced to do self check out even for large orders on tiny little checkout area. So yay, we get to checkout and bag and then be stalked by what Little people they have there only to be asked to see our receipt at the door. I don't stop. god forbid you actually try to call. The one in 10 times someone actually picks up they're rude as hell And if little help. If you go to customer service you get to experience the rude as hell in person. This is why I shop at Jewel and Aldi, but when I do have to run into this Walmart they never fail to disappoint!

Super disappointed. The WORST service. I came in around 1pm for a new set of tires and was told to come back around 5pm to have them put on, etc. then when I got there at literally 4:40pm y'all told me you're closed????despite telling me you could change my tires at 5pm??? Telling me you're closed when your website says you close at 7PM??? Y'all are rude and have beyond poor customer service.

I love excellence in customer service!! I walked into an unfamiliar Walmart today & was obviously a little lost but, thanks to Emily when I asked her where something was she literally stopped what she was doing immediately & escorted me to what I was looking for!! Superb job Emily!!! This young lady is so amazing! I'm so grateful for a spirit of excellence! Emily thanks for going above & beyond the call of duty! I had literally forgot her name & called the store back to try & find her however, because Lidia (the lady on the switch board) & I figured out that I had the name wrong I decided to switch my plans & find this amazing young lady for myself so that I could get her name correct for this review! Lidia was so incredibly patient, friendly & kind smiling through the phone is rare but, she accomplished it very well! Kudos to Lidia for even taking out the time to try & locate the person I was looking for! Special thanks to Walmart for hiring such a super stars!! I pray blessings & increase over Lidia, Emily & especially Yesnia from produce for walking through the store to help me rediscover Emily! May God continue to prosper Walmart especially this location which apparently has a great wealth of talent! Finally honorable mention goes to smiley Jen in the car section who helped me in the end as I continued shopping!

i was just looking for some help finding one thing for my furniture that i could not find on my own. an employee walked by so i said excuse me not once, but twice and she deliberately ignored me! thankfully i found another employee nearby.

Just before 8am today (01/09/2022) I fell due to an ice covered parking lot. I hit me knee. They didn't even attempt to salt the entire parking lot. I finally made it inside the door and there was not a single shopping cart, yet a greeter was standing inside the doorway doing nothing because there weren't many customers coming in. All of the carts were in the icy lot. I'm guessing it was too dangerous for employees to go into the lot. So why the hell is it ok for customers to risk injury but not employees?! They lost my business. I'll go somewhere safer. I would also like to get my knee checked out. Please have management respond.

Everytime we go grocery shopping here they never have the primo water jugs , maybe pay the distributor so they will deliver to the store

If I could leave a zero star review I would their customer service is complete trash the lady who supposedly worked here for "23 years" said Walmart cannot put items on hold which is a complete fucking lie. It's based off of what store location you are at. she was very rude from the start. all i was gonna ask was to see if she can check if an item is in stock and put it on hold for me. there was no need for all that sas you boomer.
