I just picked up my 5 prescriptions. Casey is the best!! He introduced me to the Walgreens RX Savings Finder. I got an unbelievable savings on my prescriptions. I would not have known anything about this program if he had not taken it upon himself to check the savings for me. Being a senior on a fixed income, it's things like this that really make a difference. I feel like I won the lotto. Thanks Casey!

I’ve mostly had good experiences at this Walgreens. I need to give a shoutout to one employee who I’m always happy to see when I go to the drive-thru. Her name is Kyra and she always greets with an infectious smile that makes my day and reminds me to be happy and kind. If Kyra could be cloned for any and every job that requires customer contact, the world would be a better place. This is my take as someone who’s spent her own life in customer service and B2B interactions. I always hope that Kyra will be there to help me out.

Pharmacy at this location September 2023 is a disaster. Continuing issues. Constantly having problems, especially with them running out of medications or waiting for them from the distribution center. I've never heard so many excuses in my life. Left and went to Walmart today.

Nicest most helpful staff.. this is my favorite Walgreens.. the manager is so nice. Nothing but good experiences, even when the guy messed up my online order, they fixed it immediately and without attitude unlike most of the other stores. Thank you for your kindness and patience ?

I received a text message that my Rx would be ready to pick up. I wait in line for 10 minutes only for them to tell me it’s not ready until tomorrow after 2pm. Oh but picking it up at the other Walgreens in town would definitely have it. No!!! I picked this Walgreens for my Rx pick ups. And I received confirmation that it was ready. I don’t have time for this nonsense! Get it together!

Always see workers not doing their job, u have to check for the right price because most items are not in their place, also check exp dates, i just got a drink that was expired 1 month ago

The pharmacy is the absolute worst. They call me to tell me that my prescription is in I go to pick it up and in fact it's not in. That's even if I'm lucky enough to get a prescription from here because they are constantly out of stock.. people need their prescriptions.

It used to be nice, the store seems to be understaffed. Pharmacy can’t remember when someone dropped something off to when they pick it up, long wait times beyond 24 hrs sometimes. Photo center is drowning and giving poorly put together photo products. Most of the staff seems under 21 and the social customer service isn’t great because the communication is no eye contact and mumbling. They had to cancel and refund someone of my orders. Both online and this location. Idk what the difference is between this location and Weber road but it’s night and day when it comes to reliability and quality of products both in store and pharmacy. I can’t say I’ll be back considering both in store and pharmacy were multiple poor experiences how ever I’ll continue shop at the other location.
