I had started by speaking to Amber and she was just the kindest person. She kept the interaction fun and efficient as a line was forming behind me. “Today is my first time coming to this smoke shop and KUB was welcoming and friendly W/ Very great customer service!!. They have great deals and he’s not rushing you out of the store or just trying to force a sale on you. He wants you to know about the product that’s you’re buying and he’s making sure you’re comfortable with what you’re getting… the best part is he has great prices!!!! Where I live, I will have to pass five vape shops in order to get to U Smoke But he definitely has gained a new customer. I would definitely be back and I will be sending him customers.!!! I Normally don’t even write reviews, but when I left the store, got into my car I couldn’t leave, I put the car back in park just to give him five stars and a great review that he has no idea I’m still sitting in the parking lot doing.. “Been shopping here almost 2 years now for my replacement bongs/pipes. Will say this last weekend when I went there it was the lowest selection of them I've ever seen them have which was disappointing. But the staff there is always super nice super helpful and their pieces are always reasonably priced. Bought a 18in, 7mm bong for $90 which was $10 cheaper than buying off the glass companies website, and appreciate that ?”
“I honestly love it here! I came in once and only go to them now. The customer service is amazing!!! And! The prices oh my not bad at all! There's a guy there who works there and he's helped me so much! Told him I'm looking into thc to not be so uptight about people touching my arms/body in general and I was laugh so hard. So! He gave me so many suggestions and told me what would more than likely be best for me. And bam! Got all of them and man ol man can't be happier. The guy I never catch his name but has short black hair and smiles the entire time. Even when I'm having issues saying words and I've got issues LOL I highly reccomend coming here!!!!”

“It's been two gentleman that have helped me each time I've come in. Regrettably I'm not sure what their names are, but one I recognize by his glasses and the other by his fondness for flat brim hats. Both of them provide excellent service with a smile every time I'm in there. If I have questions, they have answers. If I have concerns, they have resolutions. They're both knowledgeable in the products they sell, and they haven't made a single bad or out of place recommendation. They maintain a relaxed and stress free environment making the experience that much more enjoyable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without question.
