My package went from being 2.5 hours away to being shipped passed by me and into ohio. Makes no sense to how shipping and routing works at all. Why would it take a whole other day. Now I don't expect to see this package until later this week, because people can't ship packages correctly.

Save your time and go to a different location. Seems like they never want to work and always have an attitude for no reason lol. Especially that older black women

As usual a terrible, rude, arrogant customer service by the lady mentioned by most of the reviewers. Wish I can file a feedback to USPS postmaster general. Just avoid bad experience with the staff I post via FedEx.
