Worst UPS store ever. Went in to get documents scanned, wanted them in jpeg file type and the lady didn’t even know how to do it. “Oh I don’t know how to do it and we can’t mess with the settings”. That’s basic skill! Hire some smart people than these lazy ladies!

Bad service from this guy, UPS lost my package 3 weeks ago, and was only 80 plus 80 shipping and it's been a nightmare to get insurance claim. They admitted fault and still won't give me my money back. Now I actually have to go to small claims. Also if a person isn't able to understand the email forms to send, UPS will not help, another way of scamming people. If your package gets lost or damaged be prepared for a nightmare

This UPS location was great. The manager, Leidy, is the perfect example of what makes this store exceptional. Leidy went above and beyond to help with time sensitive documents and a delay in delivery. Not only did she track down the location of the item, she coordinated with the local UPS hub and recipient to allow for pick up. This was a complete success and no hassle. Leidy did all of this during a very busy time in the store right before Christmas! I can't thank her enough for her dedication and customer service. She truly demonstrates great leadership and accountability - qualities her staff can copy. She is definitely one in a million! Thank You.

I was helping a neighbor who is incapable of going to the store himself, return some items to Amazon. I ran into a couple of issues, and Leidy was so wonderful to work with. She was very professional and pleasant and very patient with me. My recommendation, give this young lady a raise!!

The employees are never nice, they don't speak, or smile, but the service is fast. The employees always have HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!!!
