“I recently had Becker's do some work on my 2013 Audi A4 that the dealer recommended. I used Becker's because the procedure was well within their capacity. As when I had B's do work on my previous VW Passat, the work was done extremely well and the price was very fair! There was no attempt to upsell me on services I didn't need.I recommend Becker's to anyone looking for competent, fair, honest car service. “Brought my Audi here for a sensor issue and I am so happy I found this shop. I initially went to the dealership and they did a ridiculous diagnosis that made no sense. They wanted to replace some serious parts on the vehicle and of course that came with a crazy price. I took my car to PKW and after checking the issue, Brian came to me with a diagnosis plan. He explained to me step by step on finding the root cause and applying the fix. Surprisingly, this is something the dealership wasn’t capable of. All in all, I am very impressed with diagnosis, service, repair and fair price. I find the PKW team to be knowledgeable and sincere. People think the dealership is the best place to take your vehicle, but my experience says different. So glad to have found PKW and will be back for routine maintenance!”
