There's no parking outside by the pumps because drivers can't behave themselves and not hit stuff, leave trash everywhere and not block stuff.
So everyone has to go into the paid lot or go somewhere else. Plain and simple. Their lot, their rules.
It's marked and posted in numerous places, no parking and warning signs...
So anyone that's says they weren't "warned" is just not paying attention and trying to make excuses. And it's not anyone's job to attempt to contact anyone because someone wanted to FAFO...
If you are not parked in spot, expect to get bothered. Plain and simple. Get over it.

They are mean as hell. If you a trucker, you can't even park for 30 min there. Is not like you blocking anyone. They want you to pay $18. To park or leave. You Suck. I will not waste $$ there

2:30am 5-9-24. Upon arrival the only employee working was outside smoking a cigarette. I had a large amount of drinks to purchase (20 combo of cans and glass bottles) over $50. I asked him to help ring me up and he simply said go use self checkout. The self checkout area is tiny, so I had to make multiple trips from the refrigerators to the checkout area. Very inconvenient and frustrating! I’m not sure why they even have someone there to work. He pretty much sat there and watched me do it all and offered no assistance at all. It’s pretty pathetic with the work ethic demonstrated. I use Thorntons very regularly for personal and business and this is by far the worst location that I have been to.

Charged my card for items I did not receive after I left the store. Store associate told me that they can't give me my money back. Guest services said it will take a week to maybe get my money back. Never returning here.

The bathroom (men's) was utterly disgusting. An absolutely foul stench pervaded it. The shopping area is well kept, and the staff is friendly. However, twice I bought a six-pack and both times they rung up higher than the price indicated at the cooler. On another occasion, I stayed in their pay lot. Despite rules prohibiting cars and dropped trailers, there were plenty of both.

The restroom in this place is absolutely disgusting. Looks like it’s been a few days since someone cleaned the restroom. I flushed the toilet before taking this pic but it definitely needs some attention. The reason why I give 3 stars is because the employees are nice and they always have what you’re looking for. I just think they’re short staffed.

Great place to stop and fuel your big truck and pick up something fresh and delicious to eat.
