We had two signs made recently from this Signarama. One was Chanel letters and one was neon sign. The price given was better than what other competitors had quoted. But the best part is that they delivered on time as was promised. Quality of work exceeded our expectations. Installation had some technical issues which were not caused by them. But we’re dealt with in a very professional and prompt manner. Overall, we are very happy with this experience. We are planning few more location this year. The guy that runs his place really needs to learn customer service. Rude and ignorant over the phone who the heck to you think you are?? This is why people order online and shops like yours go out of business.UPDATE:You said that you had not received it in a time that was unprofessional on a customer service level. I couldn't even tell you I was trying to resend it as we we spoke and I kept getting interrupted. This whole review could have been avoided I had been spoken to in polite and pleasant manner. A correct response would have been. "Unfortunately Sir, I'm sorry but we haven't received a email with your information.... We would be happy to assist a fellow business owner with their advertising to help your business grow."

Signarama did an excellent job for our Special Use Permit signage, which is an expedited process. They communicated effectively, responded promptly and had our sign posted in the allotted time. Signarama even installed the signage over the weekend to meet the deadline! Top notch service and we will definitely be using them again for all of our signage needs. Great job!
