What a waste of time, the pump kept clicking off and took forever to fill up and the clerk was very matter of fact that they didn't have a working restroom. If we knew there was no restroom we wouldn't have stopped there. Be Aware they have No Restroom and will direct you down the block to Wendy's.

Very unsafe an unhealthy. They made me pull off my mask in order to make a purchase. I was trying to buy cigarettes an gave the man my id like everyone els. He then said I have to take off my mask in order to purchase the items. Not one person was asked to do the same an bought the same item as me. An then when I asked why am I the only one to be asked to remove my mask he called the police. Which they agreed you shouldn't be asked to do that if they have signs up saying it's required. Very unprofessional an very unhealthy establishment. Why have the signs saying mask required for public health if the cashier is picking an choosing people to remove their mask? Better off across the street department of health asked for video proof which they have received. Ps check the food before you purchase ??

My family and I have been going to this gas station for over 10 years the service only gets worse but it’s right off the expressway so it’s convenient . I will go out if my way not to go here anymore there are plenty of other Shell gas stations in the area they don’t appreciate their customers, pumps/machines are out of order often and when you re them they act like your bothering them! Whomever owns this Shell clearly doesn’t care about customers.
