We’ve been doing business with NKBC for years and love their quality cabinets. Solid wood and soft closing. Also, their turnaround time is unbeatable. If you’re a contractor or dealer, i definitely recommend them!

No paper instructions.

Poorly toleranced parts (how I do not know because these are not small parts - it’s a cabinet…parts are huge…).
Multiple screw sizes with ZERO direction as to which screw goes where.
Didn’t even receive the hardware from the video?? Instead, I received alternate brackets whose screws are SO LONG THEY GO THROUGH THE $500 CABINETS.
NO MOUNTING HARDWARE.
Better to buy elsewhere, contractors.
This is a pain in the butt & if you don’t have the hardware on hand it’s 2-3 trips to the store. Waste of time & money for cabinets that are ruined by screws popping out on exterior faces.

Tom and Kenny are very kind and the front office staff are VERY professional and polite. Amazing place and employees seem happy.

Not a very good place to work at. Don’t treat their warehouse workers well and have a very toxic environment
