Easy unloading. It's driver assist but they do all the hard work. Overnight parking and they started unloading me at 6:15Am and out at 7:30am. Appointment was at 08AM

Do no, I repeat, DO NOT buy from these people and pay for premium delivery service. I paid the upcharge, and my bed was supposed to come today 12/4. The lady gave me a 12 hour time window (8-8), but reassure me that they'd call the day before with a 2 hour time window. I NEVER got such a call!!! On top of that, I asked for a later delivery since I just moved and had to pick up other items today. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. The delivery people sent me a notification 10 MINUTES before arriving via email (which I didn't see), and I only knew of this deliver being on the way.....when they called at 1:15pm saying they were here! I was almost an hour away, and they couldn't wait. I spoke to some INCREDIBLY unprofessional person named Josh who repeatedly told me "it is what it is", and that they will contact me another day to tell me when they can deliver my $3,000 bed! I will never do business with these unprofessional, rude, dishonest people EVER again, and I advise others not to either if they want a good bed to sleep on when you're told you'll have one.

Never buy a mattress from here unless you have unlimited time to just sit home and wait for it. Was supposed to have a delivery on Thursday. I took the day off work to accept the delivery and received a call the night before at 4 oclock that the delivery was delayed to Saturday. Too late now to cancel my day off Then, I said it must be delivered in the morning on Saturday for the redelivery. Now it is coming 1:30-3:30. Not what I expect when you soend Thousands of dollars. The worst logistics I have ever seen.

You might want to make sure your driver's have drivers licenses and knowledge of the rules of the road. As I sit here this morning, I got to witness one of you drivers run right through the stop sign at the intersection of Murphy and Shenandoah, like he is not familiar what a stop sign is. You might want to check and see if he even owns a driver's license. This is not the first time this has been witnessed with Mattress Firm.
