Did a good job, but one guy dropped a tool down in the pit twice. Hmmm. Just went back again. Same good service with no tool drops.

Overall I was very pleased, however afterwards my car still showed the maintenance needed code. I called to ask about it and was told to look up a youtube video to clear it myself. I paid $130 for this oil change service and I don't think I should have had to look up a youtube video to clear the maintenance needed code.

This is the only jiffy lube I go to and I live in the city, the whole team is very Nice and pleasant. Pedro took very good care of me and my car he gracefully answered all my questions, told me what needed to get done and what I should look out for in the future. He vacuumed the car clean my air filters and my windows. I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you again Pedro And Team Romeoville

If I could get a negative star I would. We were we're at 8:30 am & all the bay doors were open. There was 1 truck being worked on. We were ignored for at least 5 minutes until we got out of our car and asked how long of a wait, the oil tech told us it would be at least 15 minutes because it was a fleet truck. If you only have one team there should only have 1 door open. We sat in front of a sign that said fast oil change.? We left and went to the next one on Bolingbrook road and got excellent service
