Unprofessional, went in during business hours they were closed called and was told they were on lunch no sign or anything saying that, should have been the first red flag I know but I decided to give them a chance then I drop off my scrubs on Wednesday and was asked when I would be able to pick up I said Saturday and was told that would be fine. I go in Saturday to pick up my TWO scrub tops I needed embroidered and she tells me they need another hour…I noticed they didn’t even start them at all they were just sitting there doing nothing. It does not take 3 days to embroider 2 tops with a school logo. I come back after an hour no apology nothing they still didn’t have my tops done. At this point I tell them I don’t want anything and to finish the one that was started and they proceeded to charge me before even showing me their work. Never got an apology or nothing no wonder they’re always dead no one wants to do business with unprofessional people. I hope you close down bc no one deserves this kind of business you clearly do not care. To think I was going to bring my class of 122 girls here so glad I did not. STAY AWAY
