First Leading Cargo was the third party moving company that delivered very expensive scientific incubators to the Biology Department at NIU. Josh and C.J. were among the most professional and efficient movers I have had the pleasure to work with. The incubators were specially secured to the pallets and they worked quickly and carefully to ensure no damage was done. I was very pleased with their high quality of service and as the Laboratory Manager I deal with many moving companies and delivery of expensive scientific equipment.

Horrible company DO NOT buy from them.
First they sell you the product, then they call you to say it is out of stock and you need to wait. After that they don not answer the phones and when they do answer they go in circles with you. And you do not get a definite answer. Horrible customer service.
Finally after the product arrives for delivery they use a third party company called First Leading Cargo who also do not know what’s going on. They keep delaying delivery and when decided to deliver, they can’t locate the items in the warehouse. So again no delivery is done.
Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this shady company.

I delivered over the weekend one day before my appointment! Overnight parking , friendly staff & fast unloading.

Why is 0 stars not an option? That's what these people deserve. Terrible service! My furniture company (Modani) uses this terrible company to deliver their furniture! 1st leading must charge these companies next to nothing for the contracts. These people show up without calling, try to leave the trash from the furniture in your house and the delivery men are rude as hell! I'll never order another piece of furniture from any store that uses this trash a** delivery service! STAY AWAY!!

Completely blew off my scheduled delivery. I scheduled this delivery over a month in advance, reserved the freight elevator in my building, and cleared my schedule to wait for it. I called in the morning to confirm and was told they f-ed up and it wasn't out for delivery. So now I have a wasted day, and I've unnecessarily tied up the elevator for someone else who may have needed it for a move or delivery. Delivery has been rescheduled. We'll see.
