I was there nobody was available and the guy he came was very rude. No no badge for him and the baggage was safe drove it off. He was trying to sell box the label said just to drop it off they 8/21

I am very happy with the service here by Keisha! She is always incredibly helpful and kind. She takes the time to answer all of your questions, gets everything done fast and efficiently, and helped me better understand fedex processes and online tracking. Keisha is the best! I will be back.

I needed to send a package in a hurry everything was fine and got there on time. But the real reason I’m making a post is the employee that helped me Bill. I’ve been going through a bad couple of weeks and I didn’t think anyone could notice but he did and gave me a few good words which almost brought me to tears cause it’s been hard but it was nice to hear someone say it’s going to be ok thank you Bill

I signed up for the fed ex app that help track my packages. I have clear instructions to leave my package close to my door. This way it's not exposed to the inclement weather conditions. Today I had a big shipment 5 big packages and the delivery driver decided to leave my package in the driveway next to the garage which is exposed to everything and not in the view of my ring doorbell camera. On top of that I'm missing a package. I'm highly upset with the service provide today. I was not home at the time of delivery and my package was left out in the opening for almost 3 hours.

I would like to comment on a worker that has been delivering my last few packages. Thank you Gerald, or Jerold. Dont know how to spell his name. Kudos to you Gerald. FedEx you have a great employee very pleasant gentleman.

I ordered a pkg that needed a signature upon receipt. I was told it would b e delivered 12/11 before 8 pm. It was coming to my store that closes at 4 but I stayed to accept the order. I sat from 4:30 to 6:15 directly facing the glass door & display Windows. At 6:15 I received a text saying there had been an attempted delivery at 5:58 pm. What!? Impossible. No one walked to my door. There was no one walking by because all stores were shut down but I was there! No truck parked nor any driver came toward my building! When I called I was told they would attempt to deliver at same time tomorrow. Once again? They didn't the first time!
