“What a positive experience I had with correcting a mistake I made when paying my CU VISA bill last month. I put another credit card company's check in the envelope that went to my C&T VISA address, but with Nancy's wonderful help, staying on top of the refund situation, I was able to get back on track and have the correct payment go to the correct credit card. I have been a member of this credit union for nearly 50 years and their services have never disappointed me, but this was the first time I really needed help with the refunding of a large amount of money. He deserves a raise!Side note for DUPAGE Online/Phone Customer Service!!!Fyck the online/phone service people, they were useless, they ignored my issue and even hung up on me 3 times saying that there wasn't a system issue when there clearly was!!!! I've never missed a payment a day in my life. I manage 30+ credit card accounts including my partner's. I make mistakes in life, but I don't make mistakes when it comes to payments EVER!!! DUPAGE needs to get its sh1t together and find better customer service people.”
