2/2024 Update: both of my children go here now and we still love it just as much as when I wrote the initial review 2 years ago! The best!My son has been coming here for a couple months now and we are more than pleased!!! Creme is awesome and we are so happy we choose this for our son's daycare. Can't wait to keep him here through kindergarten, they are the best! And if you want to talk about $$. What your child gets for the enrollment price is fantastic. My son was at a different daycare in the city; we paid more money for way less. I am extremely happy with their pricing and availability!

Kind, responsible and responsive staff! The Director is always willing to work with us and truly cares about our children! Our children have been in attending this location for about three years and I would recommend it to our family and friends.

Wife had a job interview with them. They filled the position days before my wife's scheduled interview. They did not inform my wife who wasted her time trying to get to an interview for a position that no longer existed. This shows very poor management skills.

Wow. Where do I begin with this phenomenal place...I came across Creme de la Creme in a mom's Facebook group I was in. My husband and I had been looking for different daycares to meet our kind of random needs. We needed to start with part-time and eventually move to full-time. We had reached out to multiple daycares and even did Zoom meetings with a few but none of them really...hit the spot for us. When I saw someone recommend Creme, I knew that I needed to check it out.As a new mom, your biggest fear always is around the safety of your child. I felt tremendous guilt around working full time and putting my daughter in daycare and knew that I needed to find THE DAYCARE in order for this to work. The review I read about Creme talked about it being the exact daycare anyone could want and I couldn't agree more. I'm going to take this farther and say: Everything I could have ever wanted and really needed in a daycare was Creme completely. It took away a lot of my mom-guilt...not all of it since I miss my girl when I'm away from her! But man, I've never felt more at ease knowing these amazing people are taking care of a piece of me and doing so as if she was their own daughter.First, the walk-thru. This was the only place doing walk-thru's during the Covid shutdown. It's like a kid's dream in there with a cute little pond and precious little "buildings" on the inside. It's pretty awesome inside of there. The outside is even better with a little splash pad, tennis/basketball courts, and lots of area for play. The people...man...the people. I can honestly say that after meeting them, I cannot imaging sending my daughter anywhere else. Their curriculum for teaching and playtime as truly helping my little nugget sore through milestones.I love that this place does the daily sheets on the app. that gives me play by play of exactly how my daughter is doing and what's she's doing (eating, bathroom, naps, and activities). They have chat access so I was able to check-in on her frequently as I'm a nervous Nelly always. They were so accommodating to our schedule needs and adjusted accordingly wherever we needed.Lastly, the cost. Daycare is expensive no matter where you go but this place is extremely affordable when you take into consideration that they provide diapers (their cost) as well as lunch and snacks for the older kids once they are into solids. For the peace of mind this amazing group of people gives me, its worth the cost.Every single person I have met at this place is amazing and truly people who care about the well-being of my daughter. I'm so incredibly thankful and blessed that I came across Creme in that Mom's group and to this day, will advocate for them to anyone who will listen. I hope to be in the area as long as possible so my daughter can grow with them. I promise you, if you just check them out and do a tour...you will love it! Heck, you may even want to join yourself! :)Please, feel free to ask questions or reach out. I will gladly talk through my experience with them.

I can't say enough great things about Creme de la Creme in Romeoville! My son attended for a few years as a toddler/Pre-K and they were absolutely amazing. We loved every teacher and staff member. He came back this year for summer camp and I still feel the same! The teachers are so amazing and attentive, the staff is so friendly and everyone goes above and beyond what one would expect. I love that they send pictures and updates and you always know what your little one is up to. Mason was so nervous going back because he can be shy when he doesn't know people, by the end of his 1st day he was raving about how much he loves his summer camp teachers! I would 100% recommend Creme de la Creme to anyone and everyone!

Our daughter has been coming since she was 9 weeks old and absolutely loves it here (she is almost 3). The directors and teachers are phenomenal and all have excellent communication. Being a first time mom I was nervous sending my daughter to daycare, but everyone at Creme have been awesome with making our family feel like their family.

I have 2 kids that I send here and wouldn’t send them anywhere else. The staff is amazing, from the directors to the cleaning lady, everyone knows my girls names and seem genuinely excited to see them each day. My girls have learned so much since they have been at Creme. The teachers know exactly how to push the students so that they can reach their highest potential.

Creme de la Creme is a loving and caring daycare and developmental facility that we have trusted with my daughter for 6 years now. She is now entering 4th grade, and I have seen strong skills developed because of her time spent at Creme. The love and care she has had here is a true testament to how great Creme de la Creme is as a day care and learning facility. Creme is part of our family.

Horrible experience!!! I had my son attend this place for less than five days. He ended up getting strep throat. Really sick for two weeks. Not only the experience was so horrible I couldn't put my kid back in any school since he was scared for months even after. In addition to all that I receive a bill in mail several months later stating I owe money and have less than 5 days to make payment or they will report it to credit bureau. That was the very first time i was notified of such charges. Its ridiculous because I had already set up a direct withdrawal with them. Completely horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I went there for kindergarten it is a great place to go. It has a little pond with fish. There's a little house you walk in to see the fish. There in the house there are pictures . If you go there one of the pictures might be yours. The people who work there are great.

Had a horrible experience at the tour given by one of the employees....horrible experience, felt discriminated against and was harshly questioned about my preference for my child's diet (we do not eat pork attempting to go vegetarian)...received no follow-up, call, mail...nothing...will definitely not be sending my precious little one there:(

The facility is very nice, but that's about it. The director Brenda Spangler is the problem. She is very demeaning to all of her staff; therefore the teachers only tend to stay a couple of months until they find new jobs. She also seems oblivious as to what is happening at the school. The school has great potential if Brenda was replaced.
