I usually bike from my home over here. It's quite nice to be able to buy something like a bag of chips of some chewing gum without having to go onto a road.

I bought an unlimited pass to the Circle K car wash several months ago because this location is less than a mile from my front door. It was great for the first 3 months, but the car wash has been unapologetically CLOSED for the last 6 weeks! No reason, just closed. So I could go to the next-closest location, 6 miles away, that's super inconvenient to get in and out of, or just keep spending my money on nothing. Not to mention, it's attached to a Jewel and is supposed to accept Jewel Rewards points for gas discounts, but that feature has been unavailable for at least the last year. What a waste of my money and time! No stars!

Gas price up in last hour, price is usually good, but you pump gas and pay outside and always have to go in for a receipt. Gas pumps never print them.

Let's see, where it's a start. Should we talk about the mask mandate sign on the front door yet? Not a single employee, even having a mass dangling from an ear? Or the ridiculously long lines at all hours of the day? Or perhaps the 15 or so Amazon and FedEx trucks that take up all the pumps and cost you a half an hour of waiting to get gas. Or the constant fire department code violation by having stock blocking the emergency exit. Or maybe the vendors are stocking the store, they block entire aisles. But the worst part, the absolute worst part is that there's a couple of good employees embedded in a group of otherwise subpar employees that shouldn't be employed anywhere near a service business. And it's a real shame too, because this location clearly has the business volume to make much more profit. As a 25 plus year retail industry operations guy, I see all these glaring flaws and wonder where upper management is visiting this location and turning it around. Clearly the employees have the absolute wrong idea on what service is. Rude? Yes and no. Most of the time they don't even speak to you. So either that's not rude because they aren't saying anything rude. Or it is rude because they don't say anything. Literally. 9 times out of 10. The cashier seems to not care whatsoever about the going on. Let alone anything that would resemble even a modicum of attempt that service

Rude workers. I called to ask about a product. The guy gave me so much attitude and then hung up on me as I was saying "thank you"
