Once again I get there about 5pm, ya know... dinner time, and several containers are low, very low or empty. Ordered a Veggie bowl with not much veggies to choose from, no fajitas veg. at all. The bowl was just rice black beans, corn and a little lettuce.Had two other bowls with Chicken al Pastor & Carnitas. Chicken was pretty good and carnitas were ok except for the big chunk of fat I got. I don't know if it's just this Romeoville location or what but, almost every time I go here something is messed up.Grade, D

had an online delivery, i told the workers the name and they told me they had a list of ppl before me, i understand but it was just for a burrito bowl, since i was the only one there at the time waiting for an online order i asked if they can just make the bowl first since i was already there. the lady said she'd ask which she didnt, then the other worker asked for the name and when i told him he said 5min. i was there for 25min for a bowl. go to any other chipotle besides this one

Just horrible! Made a quick online order. Ordered extra steak on burrito and didn't get the regular amount let alone double. (paid for) Burrito was all rice. Also ordered a chicken bowl but looked like all bean bowl. Literally 4 scoops of black beans. Did not ask for xtra beans. 5 pieces of lettuce. No xtra tomatoe Salsa that was ordered. I got a sloppy wet soupy bowl (cuz of all the scoops of black beans) not even half the bowl full. Even large side of queso cheese was xtra thick and cold. Looked like it was old. Quality of food and service has gone downhill. Expensive prices for worse than Taco Bell quality. We feel ripped off, Very disappointing. We wont be back. Do better Chipotle.

This location needs a new staff. Came into Chipotle around 8:42pm and didn’t walk out until 8:58 with two people in line in front of me. Staff were talking too much with each other instead of making food. As more customers were coming in, they finally put a pep in their step to make everyone food. Plus they ran out of mild sauce/with pico. Instead of hiring KIDS, hire people who cares about other people time and has customer service skills

Paid extra for XL white rice with Al pasto chicken. Given less than regular and the customer service is awful. No sympathy for paying customer and no apologies for the inconvenience nor was offered to correct the wrong food. The lady who answered the phone had attitude and basically said then bring it!!Manager was busy so this lady didn’t know what should have been done but there is no way you’d say manager will give call back in few hours when someone is hungry. Bad customer service. She could not attend the service when I brought up to her and made someone else handle it. So much attitude on phone but yet no courage to deal with customers issue.The other lady who helped us was very sweet and corrected the order within minutes. That’s what I call a customer service. She apologized, gave us another order and provided large fountain drink for the inconvenience.TLDR: don’t be rude to customer who is calling to get fixed. Manager is busy, okay you can help me too. Be considerate why customer is calling. Not everyone wants trouble. We paid for food, we want right treatment from everyone.

Delicious food well prepared, pricing is amazingly reasonable with plentiful servings. We always have enough leftover for a late night meal or a meal the next day. Try this restaurant you will love it.Parking: Plenty of outlot parkingKid-friendliness: Warm and welcoming to children.

Food is always great, but service like the speed of everything seems to be slow. Saw 3 people in front of me with their orders completed but no one was cashing them out for about 5 minutes maybe a tad less.

Waited in line for our chips for about 3 minutes and we just told the manager that we would have a seat and come pick them up when they were ready. My wife went to pick them up an employee handed the chips to the manager and the manager open both bags up walk to the back dumped some of them out and then walk back. Had a total attitude and ship on her shoulder the entire time. When I I asked if we did anything to upset her she said that they were short-staffed and that I was all good. I told her politely she should treat people better that are customers. She had nothing to say to that. I wouldn't waste my time complaining or telling their customer service department as they do nothing. The floor was sticky with food and drinks spilled on it the tables were filthy as well. As pictured you could see there were no napkins in any of the bins. This is another Chipotle me and my family will not be going to ever again. Stay away from this place unless you like crabby middle-aged sourpussed managers and sticky floors with filthy tables. Total waste of what could be a decent restaurant.

Every time I order it’s always a problem with my order, something is always missing or it ends up being the wrong order. As far as the service, if I ask for extra knowing full well that it’s going to cost extra I get treated like I can’t afford to ask for extra so they hesitate to give it. One lady treated me like I bothered her asking for extra sauce. If you don’t like your job why are you there?… Think I’ll just make chipotle bowls at home from now on.

DO NOT GO HERE. We came at 6:40, 3 hours before they close. There was no line so we thought it would be fast, that was our first mistake. The store was understaffed for the amount of work the workers were having to get done. While all the workers were food prepping or doing take out orders the manager with pink hair sat at the back of the kitchen looking at us. She proceeded to continue to talk with the male manager on his iPad and would periodically glance over at us. She then walked over checked on another worker looked at us waiting with a vape in her hand and said they would be with us in a minute. The two managers then went to the back and hide, while the other workers were doing their jobs. We waited another 15 minutes and finally gave up and left. Overall we waited 30 minutes for workers to glance at us and ignore our presence and for managers to hide in the back. Would recommend going down the road to another chipotle. Was a major let down.

Every time I order food there to go they can't get my order right If ur gonna take orders please get the order right the 1st time. Please if u work there take out ur ear bud u can't hear the customer with it in ur ear I will not be coming back to this restaurant they can't get ur order right the 1st and they are always slow when u have a line full of customers waiting to order food please speed up ur pace of work when u deal with customers.
