“Great shoe fitting experience for both my kids today! 1 year old and 3.5 year old. My 1 year old just started walking. The fitting was quick and easy. They are so nice and give great information. I didnt buy my 3 year old any shoes. There was no pressure whatsoever to get him shoes and the fitting was free. Got my 1 year old a pair of Stride Rites at the size they suggested. We wore them out the door and for the rest of the day, even went to the park in them after and she did great! They gave a recc for when to come back to size up. Also bought her a super cute bathing suit for summer they had in her size!”

“Decided to come here before donating my children’s clothes to goodwill and was surprised that they took a good majority of the clothing and offered over $40. Yes, they do lowball clothing because they also need to make a profit so I do not mind especially since I was going to donate them for free. I do like to shop here as well but the brand name clothing are way too expensive for used quality”

“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

“I went in looking for a specific color of Ruffle Butts leggings. I had researched and found they did carry the Ruffle Butts brand. I found the display but it was pretty limited. I guess you have to know someone to know when new stock arrives because there were only selected sizes of most of the items. If it was the size you were looking for, then you hit the jackpot, otherwise, I guess I will just have to plan to visit often to try and catch something new and cute. The woman who helped me was very nice and we did find a piece that had the pattern that I was trying to match the color so, although they did not have the color I wanted, she did suggest an alternative that worked just fine. This store requires you to take your time and look. As I am becoming more familiar with children's clothing brands I discovered this store had some cute lines that I will need to keep an eye on.”

It’s pleasant shopping here because the store is very well organized, with reduced prices on name brand clothing, plus a great variety of home items (sheets, cookware, stools, Halloween stuff items) also at reduced prices. For example $3 for locking long metal cooking tongs that I just purchased elsewhere for $12.”

“I went this evening to the portrait department and had a wonderful experience! I want to send a huge thanks to Lisa! She was absolutely amazing with my 3 year old, which made the session and the photos come out stunning! She really took her time and really knew all the cute poses and shots to get! She was very personable, I’m was glad to have gotten the session with her! After the shoot, the amazing customer service continued when picking out my photos til I made my purchase! Casey helped me out with understanding the different photo packages and with a seamless purchase. Overall a great experience! Thanks guys!”

“I brought my son to get his ears pierced as a birthday present and the entire experience has been PHENOMENAL! Store Manager Lin was very informative and attentive, answering all of our questions regarding the piercing procedure and aftercare. Cassandra did the actual piercing, and she is an absolute gem with the younger crowd! She took the time to do a breathing exercise with my son to calm his nerves a bit, then he said afterwards that she was very gentle-handed and that the piercing didn't even hurt! Great experience overall, if you ever bring a young one to this store for a piercing, make sure to ask for Cassandra! 5/5 stars, would recommend!”

“Every time I have visited this store the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. I haven’t had one bad experience at this location. Most recently I was in looking for an infant swing. “Wow! SUPER DUPER AMAZING customer service and assistance! I needed to exchange items bought online and this was the nearest store, though we live nearly two hours away. The manager, Fabiola, assisted me PATIENTLY, MANY times over the phone until we could get to the store to do the transaction. She was super encouraging over the phone and a "Queen" (using my dads words, who ended up having to do the exchange for me) when he went to do the actual exchange. If corporate Children's Place reads these reviews...check this lady out! She deserves a raise! I can't say enough!”
