“I took a bridesmaid dress to Lanie for alterations and she did a great job! She is very precise with her work and got the dress back to me in a timely fashion. She is extremely kind and makes sure you are 100% satisfied with your alterations before you take it home. I will definitely be using Lanie as my seamstress from now on!”

“We walked by the store on a sunny Saturday afternoon and saw these beautiful sparkly pink shoes. My twin granddaughters asked if we could go inside. They do not like to shop but were drawn by the shoes and the wonderful women who measured their feet. Our experience was beyond fabulous. Going forward I will be back with my 5 year old girls!!”

“I went in looking for a specific color of Ruffle Butts leggings. I had researched and found they did carry the Ruffle Butts brand. I found the display but it was pretty limited. I guess you have to know someone to know when new stock arrives because there were only selected sizes of most of the items. If it was the size you were looking for, then you hit the jackpot, otherwise, I guess I will just have to plan to visit often to try and catch something new and cute. The woman who helped me was very nice and we did find a piece that had the pattern that I was trying to match the color so, although they did not have the color I wanted, she did suggest an alternative that worked just fine. This store requires you to take your time and look. As I am becoming more familiar with children's clothing brands I discovered this store had some cute lines that I will need to keep an eye on.”

“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”
“I went into this location last minute to find outfits for a trip I was leaving for the next day. I had minimum time to shop because I had to be to work within an hour. Matt (I believe that’s his name) stopped me and let me know that he’s available if I needed help. After walking in circles I finally asked for his assistance. Within 15 minutes we had several outfits paired together that matched shoes I already owned. Typically when I shop without trying on, majority of my purchase is returned. Everything fit and looked good together. Thank you so much Matt, you’re a life saver!!!”

“Such an adorable baby store! We just had our first baby, and this has quickly become our favorite place to visit. Every time we stop by, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. One time, a girl assisted me in finding an item I had seen on their Instagram page, and she was so sweet and helpful! Even before our baby arrived, they did a fantastic job helping us find baby shower and birthday gifts for my niece. We will definitely keep coming back!”

“I brought my son to get his ears pierced as a birthday present and the entire experience has been PHENOMENAL! Store Manager Lin was very informative and attentive, answering all of our questions regarding the piercing procedure and aftercare. Cassandra did the actual piercing, and she is an absolute gem with the younger crowd! She took the time to do a breathing exercise with my son to calm his nerves a bit, then he said afterwards that she was very gentle-handed and that the piercing didn't even hurt! Great experience overall, if you ever bring a young one to this store for a piercing, make sure to ask for Cassandra! 5/5 stars, would recommend!”

However, this store had a great variety of beautiful dresses in all different sizes. The staff was very kind, helpful and patient. The prices were also very reasonable for the great quality dresses. “Wow! SUPER DUPER AMAZING customer service and assistance! I needed to exchange items bought online and this was the nearest store, though we live nearly two hours away. The manager, Fabiola, assisted me PATIENTLY, MANY times over the phone until we could get to the store to do the transaction. She was super encouraging over the phone and a "Queen" (using my dads words, who ended up having to do the exchange for me) when he went to do the actual exchange. If corporate Children's Place reads these reviews...check this lady out! She deserves a raise! I can't say enough!”
