Had troubles with a bank account and Toni Bedi was the most compassionate and did the most to try and get it resolved, she was very informative and made sure we understood all information given. We love her and recommend anyone to go to her!

I needed to make a special deposit to my account and after having gone to another branch, I came to this branch. The ladies were patient and kind and ACCURATE. The one lady excellently coached her coworker on how to accomplish the task. And all the ladies worked seamlessly and as a team to not only meet my needs but the customers waitng behind me. I have banked with Chase for many years and have rarely experienced poor service. These ladies were tops!

I am a long time customer who has had several mortgages, checking, and savings accounts. I went into the Weber & Airport branch today to withdraw some money. Prior to doing my transaction. I wanted to use the bathroom.Simple, huh? The man in one of the offices ( who was with a customer) told me te teller would have to let me in.Well, I was told by 3 people behind the teller area that they don’t offer a public restroom, despite the fact that it was visible from the lobby and just roped off from access. They said it was “in a secure area”.How low do you have to be as a business to not allow your customers to use the bathroom? I’m not a homeless person, nor am I someone who just wandered in off the street. I was there to conduct business.What’s your problem Chase?

Extremely disorganized bank with poor customer service and a lack of awareness around what it takes to serve the public. Came into the bank to have myself added to my elderly parents account and was told you must have an appointment. No problem. Schedule an appointment come back walk in and you are basically ignored there is no check in process of any kind after 15 min past our scheduled appointment a representative walks up and basically just looks at us and says so who is here to see me? It's embarrassing and obviously too big of a bank to appreciate customers. Plenty of banks to choose from!

Dave is training to be a manger highly recommend they do not promote this man. He was no help whatsoever. Did not acknowledge me, did not greet, attend me in any matter. The two YOUNG ladies were great even though they were not able to help me with my issue.

Not recommendedEvery time I went to this bank, it couldn't help me with some basic problems. Incompetent staff work here, I will avoid this place as much as I have wasted a lot of time with them

Lousy banking experience at this bank. Dee, the so called branch manager was not only rude, but bad at customer service. I hate the fact that banks have become more self serve, allowing employees to stand around doing nothing, and complaining they are under paid. Dee is a poster child for this. Probably closing my 3 accounts and finding a bank that appreciates my business.

Chase on Weber Road in Romeoville has become the slug of banks. Lousy customer service and everything seems to be self serve. Even when you can get a hold of a representative, like Dee, at this branch, they are bad at their job. At this point, we are probably going to close our 3 accounts, and bank elsewhere.

Chase continues to put 2 week holds on my paychecks. Wait time for the hold department is over 20mins each time. First hold made me overdraft my account and they would do nothing about it. Today I was told that the funds weren’t verified, after stating I wanted to close all accounts they were magically able to contact the other bank and release the funds. They are no longer customer based and only care about covering their company. I will be closing accounts as soon as I get my debit card for another bank who won’t hold my money for 2 weeks.

IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR I WOULD NOT SUGGEST COMING TO THIS BRANCH AT ALL!!!!! My girlfriends account got locked because of an address change and we had to go to a branch to fix the issue. We waited in line and a Indian women chose us out of everybody else in the line to "help", reminder there was people behind us and in front of us which were Caucasian. She brought us in a cube and asked what we needed help with we told her and she basically gave us a whole run around on why she couldn't help us and certain information that she wasn't told to bring in the first place that should've been brought which was weird to me. Right now as I'm typing this my girlfriend is at another bank with all the information that she was told to bring before and the other branch is basically saying that she never needed any of that information and doesn't know why the lady told her to bring it in the first place all she needed was the house lease and ID to prove that she lived at that address and the extra info was unnecessary and confirmed that the lady was being racist at the fact that we were a young black couple in a Caucasian bank so once again if your a person of COLOR I would not suggest doing business at this bank!!!!!

Extremely displeased with the experience I had at this bank. Went in with a couple questions… hoping to close an old account in order to open a new one. My bank teller, Toni Bedi, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would have never guessed how awful their customer service is… she confused me to a point where I was ready to leave, and acted as if she did not want to help me at all! I will not be back again with any questions or concerns, knowing that this is how I’ll be treated!!!
