All atms never take my card here, says it's not supported, and as always, i can never withdraw money at this branch, at the attention is always rude towards me when I try to with draw money using my ID to access my account

Do my all businesses with chase over 8 years and this location refused to let me use a restroom when critically needed, couldn't be worse customer service at this branch, extremely upset!

This bank use to be my favorite bank, but as of lately a few of the bank tellers have completely ruined my account by giving me false information. I attempted to open up a savings account at this location and was told by one of the tellers to do it online myself, because it's quicker. So, I opened up a savings account online a couple of weeks ago, and end up getting locked out of my account today. Then, Chase decided to end my account and told me I had to come into Chase and reopen a new account. It doesn't stop there, I will not be able to get any of my money for 10 business days. If you go to the Romeoville Chase, you are not able to talk to a banker (Bolingbrook has way more access to help and the correct information, if you need help or have any questions about anything) Needless to say, I won't be reopening another Chase account. I've banked with Chase for years and now I'll be taking my business elsewhere, this was just way too much to deal with.

I have worked in Romeoville for over 10 years now and DREAD having to come to this location. The final icing on the cake was coming here to work on securing a mortgage for a home load. What an ABSOLUTEL NIGHTMARE that was.

Despite all the bad reviews of people saying the employees are rude, my experience was good .I walked in at noon and was nicely greeted at the door. The teller was very pleasant. I walked in to get 2 rolls of quarters and deposit some money in my account .
