Office lady was nice. Unloaded trailer in 1:30 minutes. Overnight parking available.neat and clean washroom. Enough space to back up the trailer.

Beware about overnight parking! I parked front of gate street and around midnight 2.00 I heard some voice when I opened my truck door then they ran away in car and just they broken the seal but I was lucky enough that product was safe and me too . For unloading receiver took 2.00 hours.
