Horrible customer service and very unprofessional I came in to get a new card which usually takes about 15-20 minutes they told me I had to wait on the manager to get it printed and that I needed to come back when she wasn’t busy I came back 30 minutes later and she said I still had to wait when I expressed that it usually doesn’t take this long a employee printed it in 5 minutes which is what they could’ve done all along I will not be back and do not recommend!!!

Hello BMO Harris bank Team. Today I had to replace one of my cards. And a person called Juana. He treated me very kindly. She and another person who was with her at her side. I think her name is Liz. I'm not sure. But there are few people like them nearby. Well, nothing, I just want to thank you for your kindness. They are great people. Rain of Blessings for them and the rest of the team!!!

First time coming here and working with BMO Harris Bank. Without getting too in depth, I needed to work with a new bank and Todd explained to me about everything I needed to know thoroughly, promptly, all my legal rights and in between without all the businessy, corporatey kind of schpeel. The bank offers a wide array of various other uses /services that most financial institutions would. Overall, my visit here was perfect! Thanks Todd!

Best bank ever all the workers are so nice I love it when they have security at the door they open the door for you. I have not no issues with my checking nor savings.Very nice and friendly place.

When my account was fraudulently accessed they did the worst "investigation" I have ever experienced! Now they are holding my disability check for extra days rather than releasing it so I can pay for my necessities.

To be the most unprofessional Branch around. Waited in the Drive-Thru for 5 minutes and at 9 a.m. still not open so another party went to the door and it says temporarily closed. Ridiculous

Got there before they opened. Waited 10 min for a banker to come at 9am to tell me drive-thru only because they didn’t have enough staff. Mind you I had 10K worth of checks in hand. and needed more then 500 limit you can get through drivethrus to run my business. It’s 9:22 am and I’m in the chase lobby up the road opening up account. I’ll return later this week to close my account and pull out my savings. Thanks for the last ten years of service BMO !-Tom

My account was hijacked, my card was stolen and used for fraud and I got stuck with the $4000 bill! These people even admitted it wasn't me on the security footage but still stuck me with the bill and screwed me financially. Straight crooks.

Tried to close my acct. Horrible customer service. This branch told me 3xs they would call me back and never did when I was receiving someone else's statements. Then when I went in to get a cashiers check they charged a fee. No other bank i have used has charged a fee for a cashiers check as long as you bank there. I did explain that if they charged me a fee I would be closing my account. They didn't care. So as soon as they gave me the cashiers check I asked to closed the acct. They won't close it bc now I have a 'pending transaction bc of the cashiers check. So I removed all $ from the acct and now have to wait to close the acct. Sad that they lost a customer over $10.

Michelle, Maria and one more very nice female teller are just Great. My 87 year oldmother was a recent victim of fraud and this romeoville BMO team walked her through what to do to avoid loss$. THANK YOU GALS

Personal banker needs training. Agonizingly slow. Had to call Customer Service to complete a simple transaction. Took almost 45 minutes.
