Love everything about this store. This is a place where you can buy a baby's crib to farming goods and everything in between. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Long story but I had called the auto service center at the Romeoville store in advance on Wed 10/23 to ask about trailer tires. I was told by Justin a manager that he had 3 tires in stock. I made an appointment to bring my trailer in on Sat 10/26 to get the 3 tires replaced and also have bearing packed. I asked Justin if he wanted a deposit to hold the tires and he said no, that he would put them aside and hold them for me. I dropped my trailer off at 11 am Sat 10/26 with the understanding that I need it back on Sunday 10/27 and was told that should be no problem. I receive a call later on Sat 10/26 telling me they now only have one tire because someone sold 2 of the others that were supposed to be mine. Of course Justin the manager wasn't in and I was told they would have to order the 2 tires and my trailer would not be done till Monday instead of Sunday. I tried talking to another manager named Pat since Justin wasn't around and the 2 times I spoke with him about the inconvenience and the problem, he was going to look into the situation and call me back. He never called me back and I had to call and track him down at which point he just transferred me to the auto service desk. Although your prices are great the customer service is horrible at this store. Not a satisfied customer for the auto service department at all.

I called for a whip for my costume and Brian (don't quote on his name) was so kind and helpful on 10/30/24 one hour before closing. The young lady at customer service was kind and helpful as well. Thank you for great customer service. I will be back for business again ?

Terrible shop with terrible "master techs". Vehicle got dropped off for a brake job. And after having 2 master techs (they love to throw the master tech name around) they said the vehicle was fixed. And they swore they bled the brakes. While leaving the building i could feel the air in my brakes. And when I got on the road I tested them and with my foot tknthe floor my truck was still moving. My girl who worked there let them know I didn't have brakes and all the techs had to say was "it stopped when i last touched it" that techs name is Justin. "Master tech justin" i wouldn't recommend bringing any vehicles to this shop for brake work. Techs also knew my brake lines where rusted but didn't recommend they get replaced until after they blew. pretty sad it took 2 master techs 2+ days to do a brake job on a 02 durango and they let it leave the premises without brakes.
