So far the BOA in Romeoville has the worst atm services ever. It never works and wastes time. Sometimes rejects the bill even when is brand new from another bank.

My experience with this branch it's always great. I've recently opened a new business account, I walked in with no appointment and the branch manager Jennifer was able to have someone help me right away. The gentleman helping was really nice as well.Plus I'm currently using in branch transfer services all the time and Natalie is always so sweet and helpful.When I use the tellers service for any concerns Bernice is the one always able to help, even when I forget my pin she's always sweet and takes the time to find a different way to authenticate my accountI will always use this branch

Don’t try to take your business to this branch simply because they don’t care.I have been costumer of boa for almost 20 years and I have 6 account with them between personal and business,During my visit to that branch it was no sense of urgency from agent Debbie and wouldn’t accept email business documents unless is hard copies!I got to come back the following week since I am on the road all the time same cold reaction from the same agent and claim that they close in one hour and opening a business account can take more than 40 minutes!As a result I get to close all my 6 accounts with boa and open new business account at different bank .

AVOID BANK OF AMERICA. This branch has the WORST EVER customer service. Its my third time visiting this branch and experiencing the same. The employees lack basic skills and the manager is even worst. I read the previous posts and wonder what the HO is doing leaving the branch with unqualified employees and management to run it. I went to the branch today and was "tortured" by Natalie who lacks the basic communication skills. She only wants to talk and refuses to listen and at the end, she threatened me to cancel the meeting and have my request delayed for days. I spoke to the manager, Jennifer, who did nothing but watching from behind the door. Jennifer also has no customer service skills what so ever. Where is Bank of America going with poorly qualified employees like that? For example, several previous posts are about how bad is Natalie in customer service but she is still there. I went there to add my wife to the account and that took more than one hour. I am closing my accounts and moving somewhere else.

I would give a zero if I could and will be looking for a new bank. I deposited a payroll check (also from a BOA account) and was told it would clear the next day. Went ahead and set my bills to be paid to check the next morning and it was reversed with no explanation. Customer service couldn't help and said I had to go back to the bank. Well kind of hard when they aren't open and have limited hours. So now I have to wait the weekend and take off of work to resolve this issue. Extremely disappointed.

We have banked at BOA for 30 years. Had multiple accounts, mortgages, credit cards and used safe boxes. Our branch closed for COVID making access to safe boxes by appointment only. Very inconvenient. They suggested we transfer to a different branch which they said wouldn't be closing. We did and today needed to access but the branch is CLOSED. Tried calling no answer. Tried other branches same result. BOA customer care is non existent. Plan to close all accounts and our retirement accounts with Merrill.Disgusted future ex BOA costomer
